Great location and property to spend Christmas with family who live in the village.

Very nice clean , very comfortable, i know we had the problem with the heating what was a little uncomfortable as we had vulnerable adults in the house but on the end was resolved and we got a little refund

The house was very spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was big enough for the kids to play football and the house had everything we needed. The children liked having their own floor upstairs. The driveway was big enough for both cars and the bath was very nice. The shower was very powerful and hot, which was definitely appreciated.

The bathroom downstairs had mould in the shower and one of the mattresses (rear room downstairs) was very uncomfortable. Initially the duvets were in the wrong covers which made them too small for the beds downstairs, but this was resolved by the team changing them. One of the velux windows leaked when it rained (left hand upstairs room).

Overall I would definitely stay here again. The negative points above could be easily resolved to improve the overall customer experience.

Good communication throughout from Island Escapes. Nice, clean property that is quite well situated in Kirk Michael. Very good sized rooms that are nicely furnished. Overall, it was very good. Just a few things we all felt could be improved. The TV in the lounge is difficult to see and would be ideally suited above the piano. We had two young grandchildren with us. They did not like the number of woodlice in the house!

Une maison absolument bien décorée avec des produits de qualité.
Très bon couchages, très propre,très fonctionnel
Très bonne communication avec l agence
Un emplacement privilégié pour voir la course qui passe devant la maison.
Un parking et un garage pour garer nos 4 motos et notre voiture
C'était mon quatrième TT c 'est mon meilleur hébergement et situation pour vivre le Tourist Trophy
Je recommande fortement cette location
En résumé mon TT 2023 était MAGIQUE

Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable dining room would benefit from cushions on the chairs, we borrowed ones from the lounge as there were plenty. Lounge was good although we did have to move furniture to watch the TV, we had a couple of rainy days.
We had issues with the beds but hopefully Island Escapes will sort it.

A pleasant village Dovecote tea rooms were a delight, the Mitre pub was good for a drink unfortunately the kitchen is closed till May, the Raven was recommended which we thoroughly enjoyed and went twice.

We had a lovely stay here, the house was so much bigger than we thought and we really enjoyed it! The owners had thought of everything we had a lot of kids with us and there was plenty for us to do and they provided high chairs and cots and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I would say is the location is lovely but if you don’t have a car it’s a bit far out, but we loved our stay and would come again. One more suggestion thought not part of the review is maybe getting a baby gate for when children stay, our kids kept going for the stairs every-time they had a chance, but that is just a suggestion! Thank you

House was lovely and large which with 5 adults and my granddaughter meant we all had space to enjoy.
Stunning garden and right opposite a great wee pub. Lovely welcome pack! Which was great after being delayed and no shops open.
A short walk (15 mins) to the beach
Beds not so comfy a bit squeaky and lumpy so didn’t sleep great.
And make sure you bring shampoo and conditioner as there wasn’t any.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home with a lovely basket of biscuits with tea coffee. A loaf,butter,cheese and milk.
All the rooms were spotless and plenty and ready for our arrival.
What a lovely surprise for the grandchildren to see the range of toys for them.
All in all a fantastic place and we would definitely go there again.

Wedding in Port Erin so a bit out of the way for that. However pretty central for all island attractions. Garden was great for play and loads of extras provided for kids and beach. Enjoyed our stay.

We often come to Kirk Michael ... but we've never had a house like this before !! We were 8 people and a baby! Everything was there for everyone! Also for the baby !! For outside and in the house itself. Large kitchen, 2 refrigerators, beautiful garden and a great place to watch the race! Were all excited! I most !!

Very well presented property, extremely clean, slight niggle the downstairs shower trap hadn’t been cleaned, and the outside light didn’t work. Beautiful white sheets and towels. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and if you had a young family lots of games, puzzles etc.

The Rowans is a nice comfortable cottage that is full of character, with everything you could possibly need for your get-away. We would happily stay there again. There was only 2 of us but the cottage has 2 downstairs bed rooms and 2 upstairs 'loft' bedrooms all very nicely decorated. The cottage is ideally situated across the road from the Mitre Pub and on the TT course.
