Lovely spacious house, very comfortable bed and ideal position for all the local amenities. Just two minor issues. The rear door takes a couple of attempts to lock and a larger bin would be beneficial in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again though.

Beach’s Reach provided an excellent home base for exploring the wonders of the island. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Island Escapes were very responsive and helpful with our questions.

A few recommendations/concerns:
A bath mat to prevent slipping in the tub.
The lock on the kitchen door was a bit finicky when opening from the outside.
The bath drain was a bit slow.
The wi-fi name in the book was incorrect.
A few more bin bags would be nice.
More info regarding what disc zone parking means.

Lovely property, clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped & ideally situated. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely rent property again.

Took a while to get used to unusual layout and quirky stairs, thoroughly enjoyable staycation, infrequent internet, but didn’t spoil our holiday.

wifi hit and miss sometimes works--- needs sorting !!,
the hoover is a waste of time and doesn't work well, so we coul;dnt clean up ,
couldnt open or close rear kitchen door due to lock not working properly - this needs sorting
- front door also sticks and hard to open, apart from that a pleasant stay

Over to visit family and this was a great place to stay.
The whole place has been so tastefully decorated, just lovely.
Beds very comfortable, not always a given when you stay away.
Overall a great place.

Great place to stay in peel. The house gets damp at this time of year and the layout is different but you get use to it. The back door key can be a bit dodgy.

We were very happy with the lovely house we stayed in. Especially that we had a dog with us. The house had everything we needed. Lovely rooms. Great location.

we arrived at 7pm . i had to double park to unload, then i had to drive around looking for somewhere to park, this is not what i wanted ,the cottage was nice,but don;t book it if you intend driving there,cars nose to tail. the parking problem ruined my short stay on this wonderful island.

Thanks to Island Escapes who assisted with our experience at the IOM TT 2022. We hired multiple properties, which were of an excellent standard through to include Beaches reaches.
Very clean, everything we needed and flexible to make last minute changes. Excellent service
