Acorn Cottage can be described as ‘Cute’ and ‘Quaint’, it is our smallest property on the site but is full of character and uninterrupted views of the lakeland fells. It is tucked away from all the other cottages in the corner of the site, which gives a true feeling of peace.

It is a little bit quirky with its high ceiling, original beams, an open plan feel with full size bi-folding doors enabling a connection to the amazing outside space.

Such a lovely little cosy cottage with stunning views of the fells. We felt at home right away. The hot tub was an additional treat after a long days walking.& we weren’t overlooked. I thoroughly recommend this place & am sure we’ll be back. The kitchen is v well equipped & all you need to bring is food staples. There’s not a lot of storage space for clothes & shoes but we did have a lot of stuff! Thank you Jo & Sarah.
