Crisp and stylishly converted cottage with log burner, large private garden and orchard all tucked away in deepest unspoilt countryside.

A beautiful coach house with access to an enclosed courtyard and an enclosed orchard area so excellent for dogs too. The stairs are quite steep so need care . Would be good to have a bedroom mirror or dressing table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great holiday property in a lovely location.
The enclosed courtyard and orchard was a real treat for our 2 dogs.
Local pub very welcoming.
Hope to return soon.

This is a beautiful property, as described, with plenty of space. Thats before you even explore the adjoining orchard or the very private garden.

Easy to find, and access with parking right outside.

Perfect for our needs, and ideally located for us too.

Communications with the team are excellent….certainly would recommend this lovely place.

A very comfortable place to stay starting with a much appreciated welcome basket of goodies. We found all that we needed and had plenty of room to store our provisions.
Three things to mention:
- The locks were difficult to use and each time we wondered whether we’d get in successfully
- couldn’t get the wi-di to work
- it took a few days to work out the oven (despite the manual). A simpler user guide would have been welcome
Lovely to walk to Hartest and great beer and food at the Crown. We enjoyed our week away very much. Thank you.
