The sweeping beaches of the north and estuary villages of the south are equally accessible, whilst the crowds and hustle and bustle are replaced with bird song, deer and flicks if sheep.

If you want a place to relax in peace and tranquility, this is the place to come.

Don't use GPS to find it though, unless you like off road green laning!

Unfortuneately we had car trouble and we were tied to the premises. All the staff in the office were absolutely brilliant-- caring and friendly and mostly we were liaising wiuth Liz Parker who was extremely comforting to us in our predicament.

In general staying at Boconnoc was very lovely and we were fortuneate to have excellent weather.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Groom's House. The house was very well appointed, comfortable, elegant and with a wonderful view. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful and the facilities are excellent - games room, tennis court, children's play area. The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole experience was great, and we were thirty minutes away from some nice South Cornwall beaches.

A fantastic place to stay, far from the crowds. A spacious house where every need is provided for. Great views over the church and countryside.

We stayed in the grooms cottage and although the weather wasn’t great for our stay it was very cosy. The estate is beautiful and we didn’t have enough time to explore it properly. The staff either via email or while we were there were friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Coming from Australia we have nothing like this so it was almost like staying in a fairytale. Hope to stay again sometime.

All the previous reviews are right apart from the person who got lost! So well worth arriving.
Not only is the setting such a delight but the staff are just wonderful - just so involved and eager to make your stay special.
Once established the best way out is the “back” way that goes straight to Lostwithiel.
I could go on but read the brochure and reviews. It’s all you need to know. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grooms Cottage. But there were no salad/fruit bowls and only one vegetable/lasagne dish.
The kitchen chairs were a bit rocky! But it was a charming place to be with lovely walks.

We had a wonderful week in Boconnoc. The cottage has lovely views across the park and our children particularly enjoyed the billiard in the games room. There are plenty of walks possible through the meadows and gardens of Boconnoc
