We have been going to the Old Farmhouse for a few years now. There are 4children and 4 adults in the party. The house suits all ages.
The maupin bathroom always surprises me. It is huge. The bath is used by the children , they think it’s great fun. The kitchen is a great space not only for eating but for playing games and just chatting.
We all love the garden, big enough for a 4 aside football match or even just for relaxing.
We love the accommodation and hope to return for many years.

Lovely spacious accommodation, a very calm atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay, booking information was exemplary and Jennifer was able to change our arrival date very easily. Due to circumstances we chose to eat in, lots of utensils /plates/glasses etc. Great big table in kitchen or table outside so choice if weather permitting. You do need a car to get out and about, although when we came before we brought our bikes - a nice cycle into Lossiemouth. This time came with elderly parents. It is surrounded by fields, so bring hayfever meds in summer if you are prone. Lots of wild life about and we saw so many butterflies. Washing machine and line so useful after being at the beach, my children loved playing with the swing ball. It’s the only holiday “place” I have ever returned too and a second stay did not disappoint.

great break and a fantastic location and views of the castle and countryside. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi . Caroline came round and fixed it at once , great customer service

I spent a week in the old farmhouse, stunning location, and everything you need in the farmhouse. Very comfortable beds.
Highlight was watching the jets take off and do their manoeuvres from the RAF base close by, stunning flying, not at night so wasn’t disturbed at all. I’ll be back for sure.
