We loved our stay at Barley Bank. The house had everything we could possibly want or need - and more! Very short distance to Elgin but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Everything had been very well thought out and planned for ease and comfort. I would have loved to have stayed longer!
We have stayed in The Lodge a few times and it is always such a wonderful and welcoming place to spend a week. Everything you need is provided and it is furnished to such a high standard. For us it is conveniently located for watching the aeroplanes , swimming in the sea at the numerous beautiful beaches and exploring the local area. We always find something different to do. This year we loved watching the red squirrels at Loch Spynie and talking to the friendly locals. We’ve already booked a return visit!
Location great - superb property - minor issue with shower room extractor but okay eventually. Very quiet, easy parking so relaxing and very private. Easy access to everything to visit in that beautiful area.
We had the most wonderful time staying at the old farmhouse. Our son is at Gordonstoun and we took him out for the weekend and had a lovely time exploring beautiful moray. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is lovely and quiet. We loved the duffus castle. And obviously the sun shone every day.
The cottage is in a lovely location , close to the beaches of Moray. The bathroom could do with upgrading though as it takes away from the rest of the cottage which has been very tastefully decorated. Fantastic garden for dogs, all in all we had a good break. Thankyou
First time we have visited Lossiemouth and the Fishermens rest was lovely and central ,just a short walk from the beautiful east beach and places to eat out.
