Pentre is a spacious and delightful 2-bedroom, 2-en-suite elevated property in Kingswear offers breathtaking panoramic views over to Dartmouth and the historic Britannia Royal Naval College. Ideally located, the property provides a peaceful retreat while being perfectly placed for exploring both the charming village of Kingswear and the vibrant town of Dartmouth.

Pentre has the most fantastic view up the Dart valley. Whether on the patio, the balcony or in the sitting room, or even washing up at the sink, it is hard to drag your eyes away from it.

The property itself is very well maintained, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The bedrooms are a little small, but the lounge/diner/kitchen is wonderfully roomy. Overall the property was much nicer than we had anticipated.

The one drawback is that, being on a hill to provide those magnificent views, it's quite a climb up to the house. Not a property for those who are less able.
