Perfectly located only a 5-minute drive from Bourton on the Water, the house is spacious and well-equipped. Lovely garden, perfect for my dog to mooch around. It's easy to find a place a space to park just a few metres away. I'd definitely stay there again (however, the 40 quid fee for taking a dog is not justifiable, as there isn't anything for the dog, not even old towels or a bowl, so you have to bring everything - btw, the staircase is super steep and dangerous for the dog, so I had to sleep in the bedroom downstairs to not leave him lone in the ground floor during the night in a house he was not familiar with - not big deal but there is no bathroom on the ground floor, which is a pain....). If I had to be picky I'd say: please add some hooks to the loo room upstairs for the hand towel, and the benches around the dining table are heavy and not comfortable to sit on - proper dining chairs would be so much better!

We are delighted to hear that you found the property to be a lovely place to stay with your family and friends.  It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the property’s convenient location, just a five-minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. We are also pleased that you found the house spacious and well equipped, with a lovely garden for your dog to enjoy, as well as convenient nearby parking.   The £40 pet fee is a standard charge applied across our portfolio and helps to cover the additional cleaning required following pet stays, including the removal of pet hair and paw prints. The provision of additional pet accessories is at the discretion of each individual property owner.   The wooden staircase is clearly shown on the property listing and virtual images on the website, and we do encourage guests to review these details prior to booking to ensure the property is suitable for their needs.  As outlined in our guest information, we kindly ask that dogs remain downstairs only and are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and bathrooms during their stay.  Thank you once again for your feedback. We had a fabulous stay in Corner House the lay out was fabulous and the kitchen dining area was brilliant.
My only concern was the steepness and slippery of the stairs and no parking ( you had to go down the road and park at the village hall)
But they were just small inconveniences and would definitely go back and stay again.

With parking, there is no allocated or off-street parking at the property, which is why we advertise it as on-street parking, though we understand it can sometimes mean parking a little further away. We haven’t received feedback before indicating that the stairs are slippery, though we will continue to monitor the situation. We do hope you will be back to stay again soon!

Just returned from a week at the Corner House. Sadly, the weather was awful but the cottage was pleasant.

Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, warm fire, and close to Stow, Moreton and Bourton.

The cottage is in a perfect location and was clean, modern, well appointed and tidy. If you like walking there are a number of walks just outside the front door. There was parking which was outlined on the driveway next to the house. However, this was not made clear in the pre arrival documentation and is a big plus which should be better publicised. There is just a tiny point to mention and that is the fire in the living room sits on a raised tile which is almost invisible and we both accidentally and painfully stubbed our toes during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt well situated to experience the surrounding areas.

Wow, this house is absolutely stunning and we had the pleasure and privilege to be the first guests to stay! The house has recently been fully renovated, practically brand new including a beautifully new landscaped garden and patio. The interior is gorgeous, decorated to such a high standard with luxury furniture, furnishings and is filled with all the comforts of home.
The location and pretty village is great and just a short walk into Bourton-on-the-Water, it also provided us with the opportunity to visit many more Cotswold towns and attractions within a short drive.
Many thanks Paul and Debbie for the most wonderful stay, we truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back again!
