Stunning home and in really beautiful grounds with tennis court and a little orchard. Our dog had a good run around. Lots of space for everyone to spread out with 2 separate living rooms and a large kitchen where we could all help with meals. Really beautifully furnished as well. Some of our group had to work and there are quiet areas to set up a mini office in addition to the 2 living rooms. WiFi worked well. Very thoughtful and generous welcome pack left by Ali. Lovely local walks and a great pub with all day dining about 5 mins away. We went in October and the weather wasn’t great but for the summer there is a huge outside seating area too. Really felt at home and would highly recommend

Beautiful old building with lots of original features but with all the required mod-cons for a comfortable stay. We had 6 adults and two grandchildren with plenty of room to accommodate us all. Grounds and gardens were superb with tennis court, games room and gym. Easy driving to all places we needed to see, Stratford-on-Avon being the main attraction and Bourton-on-the-Water never loses it's charm so a lovely day was spent there.
