A trip over Kirkstone Pass will lead you to Bowness on Windermere or Ambleside making exploring the southern lakes easy and Keswick is a 25 minute drive.

The spacious open plan living accommodation has a cosy wood burning stove, the dining area enjoys lake views and a superb kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The lawned garden and terrace offer magnificent views to Ullswater and the fells towering above, perfect for lazy summer days.

A glazed dining area opens onto the terrace with views down the valley, the terrace also has table and chairs.
