We all enjoyed our week in Oak Cottage, especially Monty, our golden retriever! Everything you could think of was there for him and the welcome pack for the humans was just as good.
Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and everything was top quality.
Would love to return.

It was a great place for us to stay with our 2 boys, and the use of the paddock is a great addition and very useful. The fact that we could organise a few things with Lauren before we arrived was really useful and made for a really calm week. If I had one small gripe, it would be that given the sofas are leather, if would be better if the covers for the sofas were longer as we found we kept having to reset them regularly

Our second time in this lovely renovated barn complex, this time in Oak Cottage. Again, such attention to detail in assuring your dogs have as much of a holiday as you do.
Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean, unusual lighting fixtures, and a very comfortable bed.
Everything is provided for your dogs, holiday tags, bowls, treats toys even doggy perfume. The enclosed dog exercise field is also part of the complex and is beautifully prepared.
Can’t wait to return.

Oak Cottage was by far the best holiday rental we have ever had! Top marks for everything and even the weather was kind to us.
I particularly appreciated the high quality linen, bed mattresses and kitchen equipment. The house was spotless and the human and dog welcome packs were wonderful. Once or twice I contacted the owners regarding local fish/fish and chip shops and received almost instant and very helpful advice. We will most certainly return.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully finished warm and cosy cottage. Great welcome pack for people and dogs, lots of extra touches such as welcome info with tide times, nice toiletries, provision of throws, dog crate, poo bags and dog bowls. Plus really good information about cottage where to go, where to eat etc provided as a downloadable App. Fantastic

Superb, comfortable accommodation. Well equipped, it didn't want for anything. Huge secure paddock, with seating area undercover and warm doggie shower. Delicious welcome pack for both humans and dogs. Ideally placed to explore both North and East Norfolk. Within 10 minutes' drive from great dog friendly eateries (pubs and cafes).

The cottage is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, Dog friendliness is second to none It has a wonderful big secure paddock with a warm shower, each cottage has own courtyard leading to another grass area and the welcome pack is amazing.
We had a fantastic time at Oak Tree Cottage Everywhere we went was welcoming and dog friendly

We have just enjoyed a lovely time at Oak Tree cottage with 3 dogs. All our needs were catered for & I genuinely can not think of anything they had missed, either for us or the dogs.
In the 4 cottages on the complex we had 12 dogs between us and due to the layout of the grounds not one of us experienced any problems. The grounds were beautifully kept, with a paddock for the dogs to enjoy. My boys loved this, especially the toy box.
Thank you for the welcome gifts and for your friendly approach. Looking forward to returning.

Quality cottage for dog owners who enjoy a rural seaside break

The cottage was well laid out and equipped and had everything we needed. Although our dog didn't like the underfloor heating the cottage provided a clean good condition dog bed that he sat on instead. Lots of other things were provided for his comfort and our welcome pack was good too.

Particularly appealing was the enclosed paddock on the site for the dogs to run in which meant that we didn't have to go out really early for him to have a stretch and do his necessaries! It even had a warm dog shower for the muddier days or unexpected rolling.

It was bright but cold when we were there but there are beaches and rural walks within a mile or two and numbers of pubs and cafes which accept dogs for a coffee or a meal. A little further afield there are the small Norfolk towns and other attractions - the steam railways and so forth, which are beginning to open up now (April 2021).

It's a good spot for a relaxing holiday with leisurely rural and seaside activities. Older (or laid back younger!) adults and young families are well catered for, and the whole area is good for dogs.

Oak Tree Cottage was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Really well equipped and comfortable and dogs are very well catered for. Everything, from the field for dogs and warm outdoor shower, dog bed and the shared grass area at the back for morning and late night wees was brilliant. The doggy and human welcome packs were a nice touch. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole cottage was well presented and very clean. The location was great, close to many dog friendly beaches and the Broads. Cromer was only a half hour’s drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again soon.
