The Hayloft is a first floor, one bedroom apartment, which is part of a converted barn. It has one double bedroom with a sofa in the lounge. The shower room has a power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine. The lounge/diner has a pine table and chairs which comfortably seats four.

Perfect for a couple or single person.

Hayloft is beautifully presented. It was spotlessly clean with all the modern facilities.
Hayloft is made to feel homely and so cosy.

Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a beautiful setting with stunning views. We had a lovely week staying here. Would highly recommend for cottages or camping. Catering vans with great food makes it even more of a relaxing getaway.

I have stopped at Town Farm on many previous occasions but this was first time in Hayloft. I found it very comfortable and the decor etc is excellent. The property is beautifully decorated etc and is fully equipped for a two person stay.
It is not the largest of properties but I found plenty of draw space for clothes and managed to hang a suit no problem.
My endorsement of this property is that I will not hesitate to book the Hayloft in future.

We loved staying in the Hayloft at Town Farm. Firstly the place provides the ideal setting to explore Dunstable Beacon and Ashridge not to mention the quaint village of Ivinghoe.
The Hayloft itself at Town Farm makes you smile as it is so comfy and cosy. Indeed everything is wrapped up for you to enjoy however long you want to stay. The Bed fits snugly in to the bedroom but is so so comfortable. And the kitchen has everything for your convenience.
Definitely a stay to remember.

The Hayloft had been our cosy retreat. Comfy bed. Great shower and everything you could want for cooking.
But most of all warm and cosy tucked up on the very comfy settee watching the tele.
Then you have the wonderful setting. Glorious walks and a great pub ten minutes down the hill. We loved it!

The hayloft provided everything we needed for a short term rental between house moves. The quality of the furnishings and what was provided made all the difference. The property is cosy and perfect for two people.

It’s ok. Accommodation on a budget. Tired and grubby but the hosts responded to try and make things better

Thank you for taking the time to review The Hayloft. We take reviews very seriously and are grateful for the feedback. We have replaced the sofas in the sitting room and have plans to refurbish the property, especially bearing in mind creating more storage space, and upgrading the flooring, kitchen and bathroom. We hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back to Town Farm.

The Hayloft is one of several residential units at Town Farm, near the charming village of Ivinghoe, Bucks, each with a great deal of individual charm and different views of the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Dunstable Downs landmark, Ivinghoe Beacon. There is a general store and coffee shop in the village and larger outlets not far away.

The flat is warm and homely and everything necessary to make guests feel at home had been thoughtfully provided. The oven, hob, 'fridge, washer/dryer and TV were all in excellent working order, the sitting room and bedroom comfortable, with pleasant decor in keeping with the cottage, which really is a converted hayloft. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, parking on gravel outside the door and a handy guide to all you needed to know to make your stay trouble-free.
