We took my wife away for her 40th as a surprise, this cottage was the perfect dream get away from the hustle and bustle of London! The views are outstanding, the hot tub in the morning with snow on the horizon and sun peeping through is an experience we will never forget. The owners were so nice and accommodated all our needs above and beyond! Highly recommend this little hidden beauty in the peaks!
The Old Byre is situated in an idyllic settings just above the Manifold Valley with stunning views . The Byre is very well presented with comfortable furniture and lovely fiittings. walks straight from the cottage door lead along the river or uphill to pretty villages and coffee stops. A very enjoyable stay , the owners were helpful with advice about the area. . Thank you
A very comfortable cottage in a fantastic location in the heart of the Manifold Valley. Great walks right from the door. Very helpful owners who provided loads of information on walks as well as on shops and pubs in the local villages.
