The Beach House, Bracklesham

The Beach House is situated in an enviable location close to the beach and set within a small gated development. There is a bacony at the front and rear of this beautiful home, both have sea views across the solent.

With a large open plan Kitchen/dining area leading to a balcony which overlooks the coastline this is the perfect holiday home for those wishing to enjoy spectacular views after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. The lounge is on the first floor leading to the balcony which also boasts spectacular views.

There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The bedrooms comprise of a Superking and a double room which has an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

There is a small private garden and also communal lawn gardens with a boat ramp leading onto the beach if you would like to launch your own dinghy. The location is fantastic for those who love walking, wind surfing, surfing and canoeing.
