The White House sits perfectly within stunning grounds in East Somerton, and is perfect for families or groups of friends all year round. The White House sleeps 11 guests in six beautiful bedrooms (one is downstairs) with four bathrooms, and two dogs are welcome free of charge.

Everything about the White House was excellent. The large garden is amazing and the first thing you see as you open the gate. The summerhouse is a lovely place to sit and read (it also contains outdoor games if the weather allows). The conservatory leads to a well equipped kitchen - this is one of two as the ground floor bedroom is a self contained suite off the kitchen with a small kitchen and shower leading to a well setup bedroom with French doors to the garden (and one of the three patio areas). Upstairs every bedroom is lovely. There is a good laundry/utility room off the kitchen with washer and separate tumble dryer.
Diane the owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches including freshly baked chocolate brownies awaiting (we also appreciated the Nespresso machine with stock of pods).
We will definitely be back and in fact two of us have already booked Martin's Nest next-door for a further break in July.

This was a family get together 8 adults and 2 children. The house worked very well for us , as we self catered most of the time because of the children. The lounge was great as we are game players and the table and furniture was ideal. The garden was well used for games on a couple of afternoons, equipment found in the garden room.
For us it was a great result. Would use again.

Diane was great at letting me know the little things needed even before we arrived at The White House. The home was very easy to find and on arrival we were not disappointed, the welcome brownies went down a treat. The house was clean, well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. The grounds were lovey and my cocker spaniel loved roaming them. I honestly couldn’t fault the stay or the house and the location was excellent and we went to see the seal pups along the beach that was a very close walk. The local pub was pricey (and I come from London) but it done lovely food and the atmosphere was good too. Supermarket was 20 minutes in the car but the local shop had most things needed. We would definitely recommend The White House and hope to be back for a stay in the summer! Thank you Diane.

9 of us stayed for a surprise 50th birthday party and the White House was excellent for a large group. The house was finished immaculately and every attention to detail was visible. The gardens were beautiful and our host Diane was amazing. For a large group this is an excellent place to stay it was like being at home, very comfortable lots of seating for everyone. The bedrooms were divine and beds very comfy. I would recommend wholeheartedly a stay here you will not be disappointed. Great walk along a secure path to the beach, and the house is totally dog friendly. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We love Diane and her property:0) Diane the owner was welcomed, friendly and kind. I can only wish that everyone would be so awesome, welcomed and make the personal connection as Daiane did. From a point of arrival to the end we felt like we are at home. An amazing and relaxing stay. The bonus was the large garden, there was plenty of space for our two large dogs to run around and play football. Thank you for making our mini holiday special:0)
