High Barn is a stunning three storey thatched barn conversion close to the iconic Happisburgh Lighthouse, offering luxury living for up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms. There's also a games room, private hot tub and EV charger. Up to four dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

We stayed at High Barn with our grown up married daughters, our 1 year old grandson, and 3 dogs for a long weekend.
Everything about this property is high quality - the furnishings, super comfy beds, hot tub, and the games room was a hit in the evenings (hopefully we weren’t too noisy)!!
This barn is huge with plenty of room for the 6 of us and the dogs. Really well equipped kitchen, bits for the dogs and throws to put on the sofas, towels for the hot tubs - they seem to have thought of everything.
There’s a great walk across the fields from the house and the dog friendly beaches are only a 5/10 minute drive away.
Cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is expensive to stay but you can see why as it is such high quality.
Would love to come back.

We booked to stay in High Barn for a surprise for my Mum’s 60th birthday - and she was blown away the moment she arrived.
There were 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog and we had plenty of space, the sofas were huge so we all sat around comfortably.
The beds were soo comfy, it was a struggle to get up in the mornings. We had our two year old in our room (in the cot provided) and the room felt so spacious.
They supplied a high chair and put stairs gates on every level, so we felt so safe having the children run around on any floor.
As it’s was my mum’s special birthday she had the top floor and she was gobsmacked at the size of it.
The indoor and outdoor space was soo clean and everything from tea bags, handwash, dishwasher tabs etc was provided so we didn’t have to worry about anything.
The games room was so much fun, especially for us adults when the kids went to bed- they even provided lots of games/puzzles for the kids. They really have thought of everything, even dog treats for the dog
I had spoken with the owner beforehand and she was soo helpful with recommendations for restaurants, cake and balloons- everything to help make my mums birthday so special.
We were all so impressed with how amazing this property was and wouldn’t even think twice about returning.

We were celebrating a family birthday with 3 generations. The barn is pure luxury from the hot tub to the games room. We took our 2 dogs and enjoyed some lovely walks. Everything has been thought of, the bedrooms were all lovely and the suite at the top was outstanding. It’s in a great location making it easy to go places, Wroxham, Yarmouth, Stalham & Potter Higham.

High hall barn was superbly appointed and clearly is a very high standard of rebuild ..perfect . A fabulous week had by all .. games room and hot tub much appreciated , definitely helped us forget the miserable weather !

We had an amazing stay at High Barn celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday and the new year. Everything was of such a high standard and the kitchen was so well equipped. We loved the hot tub and the games room and enjoyed playing the board games that were left for us to enjoy. The welcome pack was great as were all the little touches like toys, blankets and biscuits for our dog. Thank you so much, we would love to return.

What a find! We stayed at High Barn for a family birthday celebration and had the most amazing time. The barn is beautiful with so many thoughtful details. We were welcomed with a lovely food basket and the dogs were welcomed with treats, blankets and toys. The games room was enjoyed throughout the weekend, as well as the hot tub overlooking the open fields. The top floor master suite is out of this world. We enjoyed the local area, walking on the beach, going to Dunes Cafe for breakfast and of course seeing the seals at Horsey Beach. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return!

We used the house for a family milestone birthday and we’re not disappointed. The house is so beautiful and set in a lovely quiet spot in the middle of farm land.
It was equipped to a super high standard in every respect, especially the kitchen, the hot tub was fun too.
Our hosts were responsive and helpful and could not have done more to make us welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone.
