There is 'why not?' a clock from a Russian submarine in the bathroom, with a pig diving into the village pond above the bath. And an array of bathrobes, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, and speakers set into ceilings; press a button on the wall of the sitting room and the sound floods in. The space is both immaculate and generous: a long, light hall and huge sitting/dining room with a terrific fireplace (all the logs you need) and a sculpture above it. This was our second visit to Dick Turpin Cottage. Everything was just perfect for us, cottage, location and customer service. We hope to return again next year and would highly recommend it to other couples.
