We booked buntings lodge and many of the other lodges for family and friends to stay for our wedding. Everyone absolutely loved the lodges, enjoying the jacuzzis and bbq. They were perfect for social time and also for individual time. I would highly recommend all of these lodges. I got ready at Buntjngs lodge upstairs on the mezzanine overlooking the calm and peaceful lake. Heron Lodge at Mill Meadows was perfect for our stay with family for a Wedding at Hestercombe Gardens.
We had a lovely peaceful stay at the end of April. Cuckoo lodge was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. My boys loved trying fishing on the lake and chilling out in the hot tub!

We stayed for the weekend when attending a wedding at Hestercombe house. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes away! The site is so peaceful, an ideal place to switch off from the outside world. Communication was excellent and very clear both before arrival and during our stay. Suzanne provided a contact for local taxis which meant we could pre book our journeys easily. We loved the flapjacks, milk and apple juice left for us, what a nice touch. The lodge was set in beautiful surroundings. We loved walking and listening to the birds. The lodge itself was clean and had everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely! The only issue was the sofabed. Our son had to sleep on it and found it really uncomfortable. In the end he slept on the floor! We felt really bad for him, as the weekend was our children's Christmas present.
We had an amazing stay in Robins Lodge. Everything thing was spotless and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Chris and the team were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.
