This was our second stay at 8 Hicks Court. We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to return. It is so close to the beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. We find the ground floor very cosy. Because it is central it is easy to pop in and out as we please. The parking space means we can go out to visit other places without having to worry about finding a parking space when we return. It is lovely to find a welcome pack from Cherished Cottages with good quality products. The team are very helpful when booking and if you have any queries or problems whilst staying in their cottages.

8 Hicks Court is a cosy St Ives cottage in a great central location, close to the beach, shops and the Tate. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay - and there’s a great cafe bar in the square for anything you’ve forgotten!

We had the most amazing time, close to all the shops and beaches. The cottage was absolutely perfect being very comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise.

We thoroughly enjoy our week at 8 Hicks Court. The location was perfect with the added bonus of a nearby parking space. The beds were comfortable. Cherished cottages are prompt to reply to any query. This was our third booking with them and will hopefully book again in the future.
