Gem Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage that sleep up to four people, in the heart of one of the Cotswolds most sought after villages, Ebrington. The cottage has been lovingly decorated to create a cosy Cotswold retreat situated close to the route/footpath known as the Diamond Way, a 66 mile diamond shaped scenic walk visiting many small villages in the North Cotswolds.

There is also an award winning pub in the village,The Ebrington Arms is a friendly, country pub atmosphere, offering delicious food and great ales. A fabulous farm shop / cafe called Vegetable Matters', where the majority of vegetables are grown in the fields around the village!, is also within walking distance of the cottage.

Gem Cottage can be booked with Kissing Gate Cottage, which offers accommodation for up to 8 people (plus travel cots) in a spacious, well equipped family home. Ideal for friends, families or groups wanting gorgeous accommodation in a beautiful village location.

We spent a week in this lovely cottage. Everything was provided to make for a comfortable stay. It was beautifully clean and in a very peaceful location. Well located for walks and tourist attractions.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Gem Cottage very much. Clean, spacious, everything we needed to prepare light meals and relax. The neighborhood pub, The Ebrington Arms, had a friendly staff, very good food and a nice atmosphere. This town is a bit off the beaten path for the Cotswolds, which we appreciated. Quick drive into Broadway for groceries and to shop and enjoy crowds, but most of our time was spent on hikes around the area and to nearby towns as well as visits to the pub.

Had a very relaxing and quiet stay in this comfy cottage, booked for a last-minute break.
Booking online was straightforward. Had slight issue with email/telephone contact, but this was quickly resolved in a friendly and efficient manner.
Cottage was clean and well equipped and we felt at home.
Village has a nice pub 5 minutes walk away and a farm shop/cafe about 1/2 a mile away.
Would definitely consider returning if we visit the area again.

We have rented many holiday cottages over the years and this was one of the best. The condition of the cottage was excellent and everything was of a high standard - except that the pots and pans could use an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and a dryer as we stayed for 2 weeks.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. It was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very nice to have a welcome gift of a bottle of wine, and very handy that there was milk, tea bags and coffee which was great for when we arrived. It was very convenient for all the things we wanted to do and we would definitely stay there again.

What a find. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage.
Clean, comfy, cosy, peaceful.
This really was a home from home with everything you might need. I have never stayed in such a well equipped and thought out holiday home.
The location is amazing. Stunning village (ignore the signs that say road closed into the village) and fantastic proximity to some beautiful places eg Chipping Campden, Broadway, bouton on the water. Loads of walks and cycling from the door and further afield. Lots of lovely shops and eateries nearby to enjoy.
All in all a fab week spent at Gem.

We last stayed in Gem Cottage just before the pandemic in December 2019. While in general terms it is still very good, there are signs of the need for a few maintenance needs that have evolved over the years.

Some radiator valves could do with replacing as some are not functioning properly. The living room radiator was often cold with a very minor occasional leak from the valve. We had to make extensive use of the electric fire to keep warm in that room. Back in 2019 the cottage had been warm and cosy.

Also the en-suite door needs easing as it is sticking a bit, and the hinges could do with lubricating so that those with nocturnal needs do no disturb one's partner.

Other than that the property was in good condition and appliances etc working well.

We have used honeypot cottages for many years and have stayed at gem cottage for about 4 years now I think. It is always clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Andy and Sarah are also so lovely and helpful. We wouldn't use anyone else. Look forward to next year!

We absolutely loved this cottage, it was small but so cozy and so pretty. It was quiet without being remote.
It was charming.
A couple of small problems, but were fixed immediately.
Looking forward to coming back!!!
