Villa Zeytin Kaya is a newly refurbished seafront villa in prestigious Komurluk, just 50 metres from the sea. It offers breathtaking sea views, a private sea platform, infinity pool with jacuzzi, hamam, and elegant interiors, all within walking distance of beach clubs and Kalkan Old Town

We had a wonderful stay Zeytin Kaya Villa this July. Kalkan itself was superb. A few wee niggles with the villa. Minor ones would be that the décor in the villa was sparse, this I'm assuming be due to it's newness. Large mirrors would be handy in the bedrooms. More British TV channels would also be nice. Halfway through week two we lost our wifi, I'm guessing due to a restriction on usage. When you have yourself and two teenagers on tow, unlimited wifi access is essential. For some (not us), it would be a pre-requisite to booking the villa. All in all though,a great trip.

Thanks for your review - we're very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Zeytin Kaya despite the niggles you've mentioned. We have passed your constructive comments on to the owner. With regard to the WiFi, we have checked this with the owner and there is no restriction on the usage so we think that the loss of service may have been down to a temporary fault / signal fluctuation (usually, if the router is switched off and on again, the connection is reinstated). We hope to welcome you back to Kalkan again at some point in the future. Debbie
