A luxury 3-bedroom duplex apartment with own pool in one of the most sought-after areas of Kalkan. The old town quarter is just 5 minutes' walk away with the harbour area and town beach a couple of minutes' further. Great sea views and contemporary interior.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Had everything you need for a home away from home. Olive Tree Travel are a well oiled machine, from booking to arranging private transfers or just ordering water, everything was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again or stay in Mavi Su apartments. It was a brilliant holiday.

Zenato apartment was a perfect location for our Kalkan holiday. We have been to Kalkan 5 times and this is the best accommodation we have had. Lovely location close to the old town, great facilities and well equipped. Any small issues we had were dealt with quickly to make sure our stay was relaxing and trouble-free. Thank you.

This is a fantastic place. It's actually technically an apartment, but with the feel of a villa. The most important thing is the location. This is the best location in Kalkan, with only a five minute flat walk into town. It's much better that being in the old town because there are no speakers to call people to prayer (elsewhere these go on at about 4.30 in the morning).

This is a wonderful apartment that feels like a villa. It is also the perfect location for Kalkan - 5 minutes to the centre and, critically, no hills. And Olive Tree Travel provide simply outstanding service. Debbie nursed us through wo cancellations during lockdown, managing everything perfectly. We won't use anybody else.

Zenato is a fantastic place to stay. First, and so important in Kalkan, is the location. Just five minutes (with no hills) from the centre of Kalkan, Zenato has the very best location anywhere in Kalkan.

And the apartment itself is fantastic - real luxury. Everything about is first class and can't be faulted. Amazing views, really large rooms and a great terrace with your own pool. Yes, it's technically an apartment, but it feels like a villa.

If you stay here, you'll have a fantastic time.

Zenato was a great rental in Kalkan - perfectly positioned within walking distance to the old town and beach clubs and with a fantastic view looking out over the bay. The apartment itself was lovely - extremely clean and comfortable. The outside space also worked well for us - there was plenty of shade, enough loungers and although small, the pool was great for cooling down. As for the local staff, a particular mention to Tekim, who looked after the gardens and pool everyday and couldn't do enough to help. If I'm being picky, the kitchen could do with a few more utensils, particularly for the bbq, but this really wasn't much of an issue.
Kalkan itself is lovely - we thoroughly enjoyed afternoons at the beach clubs, a gullet trip and a trip to Saklikent gorge, along with numerous meals out at great restaurants.
I'm sure we'll be back!

Kalkan is a lovely boutique resort and Zenato is perfectly placed to see it all. The view is fantastic!

This was my 3rd visit to Mavi Su - The location is excellent with views over the bay and only a short stroll into town and the harbour. Even though it is listed as an apartment you get all the amenities provided in a large Villa, so an excellent choice for a smaller group . The Olive tree rep is great and was speedy to respond to any of our requests .

The only things that would improve this place are making it a whole villa (it feels like a villa, but there are people above) and a slightly larger pool (It's a Kalkan thing - almost everywhere has a pool, but very few are big enough to actually swim in). The pool thing can be solved by going to the pool a few doors down. They charge about £2/day, but it's a great pool. Alternatively, they're happy for you to use the pool at Asfiya Sea View hotel in front if you buy a drink or two.
