A detached 5-bedroom villa with private pool, situated along the Kalamar Road. The villa is a 15-20 minute walk away from Kalkan town centre (predominantly on the flat). There are cafes, restaurants and shops within a 3 minute walk and Kalamar Beach Club is an approximate 10 minute walk away.

Would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about holidaying in Kalkan.
All the bedrooms were a very good size with very comfortable beds, and very effective aircon.
Kitchen equipment was good and had everything we needed (could have done with some additional large glasses) and the pool and outside area was lovely.
Location is very good on the Kalkan road, overlooking the road but wasn’t a problem with nose or traffic. Was a 15 min walk into Kalkan old town, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes easy walk.

A beautiful property with gorgeous views. We were a large family group staying in Villa Vanilla and Villa Beloulou (next door). Both villas were well equipped with everything we need. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the management company. We all had an amazing time :-)

This is an excellent villa with lot's going for it. The accommodation is excellent and the pool is the best we have experienced. It is direct sun all day long and is therefore never cold.
The location of the villa has a number of plus points - there is an excellent convenience store only moments away so fresh bread in the morning is right there. They will deliver groceries FOC.
There are a couple of Bisto's only minutes away and the Café Vita has an excellent take away service.

The villa is a mile form the centre of Kalkan but it's pleasant walk - not too arduous & the near to town there are many eateries to cheese from - we loved the Adda Patisiere - great pastries and great value!

Just back from a lovely holiday at villa vanilla 10 of us stayed in the villa there was plenty of space for everyone. The villa is a 15 minute walk into town so is close to everything you need we would definitely go back . Debbie at olive tree travel was very helpful and kept us informed of everything about the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa it has everything you need and looks amazing inside and out.

Excellent Villa. We have been to Kalkan several times and always choose a villa holiday. This villa simply ranks as the best we have stayed at.

Its a healthy walk into town but after a good meal the walk back is welcome.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, but if you are staying in the bedroom on the top floor of the villa, mind your head on the sloping ceiling

We were a party of 10, all on our first trip to Turkey. The booking process was straightforward and the villa description was accurate. Vanilla is a lovely holiday home, it comfortably accommodated us all. The views of Kalamar Bay are spectacular, especially from the infinity pool which was spotless and serviced every day. The bedrooms were cool, thanks to efficient air conditioning, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms worked well for our large group. There are a couple of excellent cafés within 1 minutes walk and the stroll into the old town at night was probably as easy as it can be in Kalkan (many steep hills!) Kalkan is a lovely resort, no tower blocks or massive hotel complexes just lots of villas. The flowers and trees are beautiful and the old town is truly charming. The management company responded to our requests on the same day and Omer was particularly helpfu.
