A luxurious contemporary-styled 4-bedroom detached villa with great views, large pool, Jacuzzi, roof terrace (with plunge pool) and great views. The centre of Kalkan town lies a 15 minute walk away.

The Residence is a beautiful villa. It had everything we needed. It is spacious and decorated in a modern style. The set out worked perfectly for us with 6 adults & 2 children. A good sized pool with comfortable sun loungers. A large table outside for eating and a shaded area to sit. The table tennis added lots of fun too. It is quite a steep walk from the main town but you need to be for the view! Kalkan itself is only a short walk & offers plenty of eateries. A taxi ride back is under £4.

Great customer service from Zal and Deniz

Kalkan is a lovely little town, with many, many wonderful rooftop restaurants. The place comes alive at night, and has a wonderful atmosphere.

We had a great stay with our family, the villa is very well equipped, big pool and area around very spacious. The villa feels like home, with lots of lovely accessories and home comforts.
You do need to be aware it is close to the main road and you hear traffic noise which we hadn’t realised when booking. The sea view is fab, but you do see the water tank and solar panels, on the neighbouring villa, this isn’t uncommon in Kalkan as more and more villas are built.
