A 4-bedroom luxury villa in an enviable location, tucked away next to olive groves in Ortalaan and just a 10-minute walk from the town centre and a few minutes more to the Old Town and the harbour. The villa has been beautifully decorated throughout and offers a cool and contemporary interior with stunning sea views from its upper levels, large pool with Jacuzzi section plus a furnished roof terrace. A separate self contained area below houses a gym and media/games room.

We had a lovely stay at this modern and clean villa in Kalkan. The space was well designed, well-equipped and well maintained making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. The views from the penthouse bedroom and balcony were stunning and certainly a lovely area to watch the sun go down in the evenings.. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with ensuite and great facilities for ladies drying their hair, which is sometimes overlooked. The kitchen was well equipped with everything and the outside dining space was perfect for warm evenings. There is a cinema room and small room to play pool, with some basic gym equipment underneath the villa, we enjoyed this space after a superb evening out in Kalkan. For those who are unable to cope with hills, the location of the villa is a long downward hill walk to local supermarkets and shops and the centre of Kalkan. We are a healthy group of six individuals and managed the walk down but it was too much coming back to the villa, especially with shopping so we had to use taxis all the time. The pool and sunbathing area was very clean and nice to relax in with a shaded seating area, sunbeds, small pool, jacuzzi pool and main pool - we paid to have the pool heated during our stay which was helpful. Muhammed was always on hand to answer any queries, but one small detail that could have made our experience even more welcoming would be a personal greeting on arrival and a farewell message on departure, either by Muhammed himself, or a representative from Olive Tree Travel. One other area of improvement would be to WhatsApp guests when the cleaners are arriving, we expected them on the Monday and a group of three cleaners turned up unannounced on the Saturday, in the middle of our lunch. Our overall experience was very positive and we would be happy to return to Kalkan, but we would probably stay in a villa closer to town with views over the bay from the main garden area, this is our preference and wouldn't stop us from recommending this lovely villa.

One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The Pool area was superb and the villa had everything we needed . The quality of the furnishings were really good and the sun beds were great. It was great to have all of the rooms en-suite and our family were really comfortable. We visited a lot of the restaurants which were all of high quality but needed to taxi back because of the steep roads and the heat . Not a problem though as taxis were plentiful and cheap. Would highly recommend .
