Stunning stone villa on the edge of Kalkan’s Old Town, comprising two separate buildings with four en-suite bedrooms, infinity pool, Jacuzzi and gym. Expansive terraces offer breathtaking sea views, all just a short stroll from restaurants, harbour and beach.

We stayed at Villa Manor and I could not fault it, everything had been thought of and the aesthetics of the villa was beautiful. Close to town, a five minute walk(steep) to lovely restaurants…would definately go back again absolutely nothing to dislike!

We have been on many villa holidays, but we can say quite honestly, that this was the best villa holiday ever! The villa itself is amazing, in design, location and interior design. It is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking or just general comfort. The service and maintenance was also fantastic. It is in the prefect location. Great sea views and so close to the retaurants and shops, but not noisy. The agency in the UK and the representatives in Kalkan were very professional and provided us with very detailed information on our stay. I can't recommend this villa and Kalkan highly enough. Happy holidays!

We loved Manor Villa. The quality of the building and furnishings was great, the pool was lovely and the gym was also a great space, largely used for a family table tennis tournament :).

Its close to town so only a short walk in, but very little noise carries to the Villa, so it still feels private and secluded.

We have been to Kalkan several times and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in - I highly recommend it.

Villa Manor is set to the left of the old town when looking at Kalkan from the sea. Although steep, it is only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. I would say that it is definitely not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or anyone in a wheel chair as there are a lot of steps to access the property. The villa itself is the best equipped villa I have ever stayed in, so many pots, pans, glasses, cups, crockery and all manor of implements to cook with etc. Everything worked perfectly. We liked the split villa idea with 3 bedrooms in the other block and one in the main villa, the bedrooms themselves were comfortable and clean. The outside area had ample beds and umbrellas for shade, the infinity pool had a perfect view of the harbour and town. Although we booked through Olive Tree, who were very responsive to questions regarding booking etc, we were hosted by Korsan Villas, who were amazing, supplying bread and water when requested, at a small cost and answering all my questions re restaurants etc... I will definitely stay in this villa again and highly recommend it to anyone else.

We had 10 days in Villa Manor and it was utterly wonderful. Being so close to the old town I wasn’t expecting any kind of garden - but we were greeted by three terraces leading down to the house which are beautifully maintained featuring pomegranate trees, hibiscus and frangipani amongst others. The villa itself is stunning. Gorgeous pool and open views to the sea and the rooftops of the town. How wonderful lie in the pool watching the sun go down whilst listening to the call to prayer. We loved the kosk seating area which was a lovely place to gather the family for pre dinner drinks. Every room has very efficient air conditioning and access to a private terrace - we had two!!! Beautifully equipped from the super comfy beds, top of the range bbq, excellent coffee machine to the table tennis table - much friendly competition occurred! The house is a very short walk into town and supermarkets, a bakery, greengrocers and fresh fish are also just a walk away. The house was very well looked after - a mid stay clean with fresh sheets and towels and rubbish taken away every day. Any help needed quickly provided. We enjoyed Kalkan, so many great places to eat and had a wonderful day on a boat, however the highlight was the comfort and luxury found at Villa Manor - we will be back.
