A lovely 4-bedroom villa within a small development of properties in a prestigious location close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Pavillion and Likya Residence Hotels. Each villa has it's own pool and is within a 10 minute walk of central Kalkan.

This group of 4 villas are in a great location - but be aware that the bottom two are accessed via the road below and there are no names outside the villas! Walk into town on either the lower coastal road or upper main road is about 10/15 mins.
The Villa was clean, air con worked perfectly and the outside area is lovely with good plant coverage from the villas either side. Be aware though that they come with very little equipment. No washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, cloths or toilet roll other than one per bathroom for your whole stay. Implements minimal. BBQ is tiny and very basic - no charcoal or matches provided.
We would rent again, but take more provisions from home!

Villa Iris was our home for a week and we had an amazing holiday. We are always out and about so our priority is comfortable bedrooms and sociable outdoor living space for breakfast and evening drinks. Best thing about Iris was the bedrooms which were all of a consistent high standard, all with balcony, en-suite, good beds and well equipped with sockets, mirrors etc. Some showers weren’t very powerful and water not always hot but did the job. Good air con.
Outdoors was perfect for our group of 7 with a big table and chairs off the kitchen under shade of some trees - perfect. Lovely pool and loungers.
Ideally located although very hard to find. Could be better signposted, but that’s our only criticism really.
Olive Tree Travel and Zal were excellent from start to finish, nothing too much trouble, and food shopping supplied by Fatih through WhatsApp was a real bonus. All in all the best accommodation we’ve had in our 4 years of visiting Kalkan. Such an amazing place. We love it!! Thanks
