A superb 3-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Komurluk district of Kalkan - the villa has stunning views (particularly from the roof terrace) and a good sized pool. Zest, Palm Beach and Denizm beach clubs are a few minutes walk away and the centre of Kalkan town is a 12-15 minute walk away.

This villa is very well positioned in Kormuluk. Near enough town to walk in of an evening, but far enough to justify the taxi home :)
The ground floor layout, infinity pool and view across the bay is excellent (and I speak as someone that has visited Kalkan over 25 times).

We were just one couple using the villa so used the first floor bedroom and not the twin and double on the lower floors. Again the view from the bedroom terrace was excellent. The dressing room and bedroom furtniture is a little 'tired', but if that is my main gripe - it can't be bad.

The management / maintenance team was very much five star. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the villa and both were attended to within the hour without causing us any issue. When my wife felt poorly one evening they put us in touch with a doctor who made a house call with meds 30 minutes later. They even booked one of the restaurants for us when we couldn't find the contact details.

It was a bit skinny on kitchen equipment (saucepans and the like), but as we eat out every night that didn't affect us.

Management were very quick to handle problems. Lovely pool. Lots of seating and plenty of space outside.

Comfortable accommodation decor in places was a bit tired.
Lots of light bulbs needed replacing inside and outside.
Otherwise we had a lovely stay

Thanks for your review and we're pleased to hear that you had a lovely stay. Apologies for the issues with the lighting; it appears that the timer that operates the outdoor lights was broken and this has now been fixed. Any dud bulbs inside the villa have now been replaced. Had these issues been mentioned to Zal (our resort manager), or to the property manager during your stay, they would have been attended to immediately. We're very glad that they didn't appear to affect your overall enjoyment of the property and would love to welcome you back at some point in the future.
