A luxurious and very spacious 6-bedroom villa in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan. The property has a large infinity pool and the added benefit of a leisure area incorporating gym equipment, pool table, table tennis, and TV + DVD. The town beach, harbour and Kalkan's old town are an approximate 15 minute walk away and the popular Zest and Palm Beach Clubs are just a few minutes walk.

Enjoyed a good stay at the lovely Villa Gozcu in komerluk. Found the villa very spacious and in the perfect location to enjoy kalkan and all it had to offer. The facilities at the villa were good with everything needed provided for our stay. Would recommend this villa to larger parties of guests.

3rd time staying in Kalkan but first time at Villa Gozcu. Each time we’ve stayed in Kalkan we have booked with Olive Tree Travel. We have always received exceptional customer service, with efficient and pleasant communication.

Villa Gozcu is a beautiful looking villa with a beautiful infinity pool looking out to sea with lovely views of the islands where you can watch an amazing sunset.

The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you need and more. Aircon is fantastic and is easy to use. Kitchen, living areas and bedrooms are beautiful and very clean. The basement games room is a godsend for kids and teenagers with games consoles, pool table, table tennis etc. if you’re a large group it’s ideal if they’re waiting on you to get ready they can hang out for a while.

Pool is cleaned daily and very well maintained. Terrace, pool area and gardens are immaculate.

If I have to find a less than perfect criticism it’s that the showers take a while to get the hot water through as the villa is so large. Any queries, then the maintenance crew are on hand with a phone call or with you within 10 minutes to resolve any issues.

We know from our own exoeriences, that OTT are a brilliant company to be on holiday with. They care about their clients and make themselves available to you at all times if necessary.

As a family of 10 with 8 adults and 2 children that’s reassuring.

We would highly recommend Olive Tree Travel for your holiday booking in Kalkan and Villa Gozcu for a family group without any hesitation.

I have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Gozcu with my family including 2 young toddlers. Everything we needed was provided and nothing was too much trouble. The views are stunning. The villa is perfect for large groups of family and friends. We had a very memorable holiday. Thank you Villa Gozcu!

This villa is enormous & has gorgeous views from the infinity pool (shame another villa has had a further layer built on top of it in front of this villa, otherwise the views would have been uninterrupted).
The bedrooms & en suite bathrooms are spacious & well equipped & each bedroom has its only exclusive balcony or outside seating area.
I booked this villa because of the facilities it offered in the games room - gym, pool table & table tennis table, plus a lounge area with larger TV. However in reality we ended up not using these facilities but would have used a table tennis table if it had been situated outside under a shaded area where the people playing could still have felt part of the group.
The only problem we encountered was with the hot water. For the first 2 evenings we had no hot water for showers & no water pressure meaning that all 11 guests had to have cold trickle showers which wasn’t a great experience (especially as the majority of the guests were female with long hair to wash!). We reported this & on day 3 after a 2nd report, the plumber came along to turn up the water pressure & turn up the heating in the water tank which is run by electric rather than via solar panels & water tanks in the roof like the majority of properties in Kalkan. This meant that we did have better pressure & hotter water, but it still ran out after about 9 showers & each person had to take it in turn to shower as the pressure was lost if 2 or more tried to shower at the same time. This is the only downside of this property & I do think the system is inadequate for the number of people the villa can hold. This would not have been a problem if the villa was sun/solar powered rather than heated by electric I think.
Other than that, there was a very steep hill to encounter from the property so we ended up getting taxis in & back from town every night after one of the guests slipped & fell on the first day. This villa has stunning views across the bay, but is not suitable for people who are not stable on their feet or able to tackle very steep hills.

Our family had a great holiday in Villa Gozcu. Loads of room for the 6 of us, and would not be too crowded with 10 or 12 guests.
The villa is well equipped both inside and out. The air conditioning worked well although it was not too hot whilst we were there (26 to 32 degrees max).
We did have one problem during our time but this was resolved very quickly by the property management team who are excellent and can not do enough for you. We had a few small niggles with the property but these were reported and I am sure will be rectified.
The villa is on the side of a steep hill and has a fair number of steps to negotiate. Also the local roads are quite steep and rough.
Overall a great holiday in an excellent villa.

The pictures do not do this villa justice as it is very pretty with lots of space and whilst we were only two families of 4 (8 in total) there was more than enough room for a third family.
Big pool and large living area allowed us to all have our own space to relax.
Shame the paramaniac view had been partly blocked by a newly built villa but this did not dampened our enjoyment

We had a great time, Tamer the property manager offered us bread daily and water as and when, when they came with the bill they overcharged us by £15 for bread. We felt we had to be vigilant a lot in Turkey as people often tried to overcharge us. The villa was perfect for 3 families we had a great time. Walking anywhere was a challenge as the hills are very steep so take comfortable shoes. We ended up using taxis a lot.

Villa Gozcu is fabulous. 14 of us stayed in the villa with extended family members but each room has it's own private spaces to ensure you never feel on top of each other. All the rooms are lovely with ensuite facilities, spacious wardrobes and storage. The kitchen is so well equipped with every kitchen aid you could think of, even a salad spinner! There is a huge table outside to ensure sufficient seating for everyone to eat together and the games room including gym equipment was well used by the kids. The quickest route into Kalkan is via a rough track and the surrounding area is very hilly but taxis are so easy to use that they arrive within minutes of being called. The infinity pool is lovely (probably not for those with very young children, our youngest was 4) and does have heating at an additional cost. We chose to have the pool heated which was ideal for later inflatable pool wars for the kids. Kalkan itself is gorgeous, such a friendly and safe environment and lovely restaurants and bars and of course the shopping! The Palm Beach, Kalkan and Zest beach clubs are all close and walkable (dependent on the heat). The villa is also on the side of the bay that keeps the sun until sunset so many a wonderful evening spent watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. The Korsan staff who maintain the villa were wonderful ensuring the villa was spotless clean and the pool and gardens well maintained. A fabulous holiday had by all.

Villa Gozcu is a beautiful villa. We were two families of 6 staying together and the villa is very spacious with all bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The view from the villa is stunning and Kalkan is just idyllic. The Villa is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting together outside at lunchtime and in the evening. All the airport transport went very smoothly and we were very sad to leave and will certainly be returning.

From start to finish our stay at Gozcu Villa was absolutely fabulous!
As a party of 9 people age range from 20-80 the villa met everyone’s needs to the highest standards!The kitchen is lovely with more than enough cutlery glasses plates etc
Large bottles of water chilled through the fridge was fantastic and it being delivered made it even better!
All bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed and the games room was well used in the heat of the day
The rep from olive tree Zal was always available and Fatih delivered our shopping every day so promptly we couldn’t be more impressed
The pictures of the villa do not do it justice and honestly it has the best views in Kalkan!!!!
You look out from the pool and wow...so beautiful

We were 9 persons staying at Villa Gozcu and we all had the best holiday, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were looked after by an Olive Tree representative and a superb management representation who appeared every day to empty the bins and tidy the kitchen and the garden and pool was attended to every day. Each bedroom had a beautiful en-suite shower room and all had access to an outside area. The villa was equipped with everything and more and the pool and outside bbq area was just fantastic. We walked into Kalkan in the evenings about 15 min stroll and got taxis back which cost between 10-15 TL. It is relatively inexpensive to eat out in Kalkan approx. £20.00 per head for 2 courses and drinks and their are stunning roof top restaurants to enjoy. A truly lovely holiday made by this stunning villa.

We had booked flights to Dalaman but hadn't go a Villa in Kalkan. We rang a number of companies but generally they weren't very helpful. Debbie, on the other hand was very different and completely understood what we were looking for. She suggested Villa Gocu and was able to give us a discounted price for us as we were due to travel to Kalkan two days later.

Villa Gozcu was amazing. 6 large on-suite bedrooms, all roughly the same size and each with either a balcony or a small garden with very comfy table and chairs. Big open plan sitting room and kitchen, all very light and airy. Kitchen had everything you could ever want, from an American fridge freezer with on tap water and ice through to a juicing machine. Loads of glasses, both plastic for by the pool and glass ones and bucket loads of crockery.

Downstairs a huge games room with a table tennis table and a pool table. Also a large TV with a DVDs player making it a perfect place to get out of the heat of the day. For those fitness freaks, a treadmill, cross trainer and bike also in the room.

Outside, a lovely large infinity pool which was always spotlessly clean. Lots of sun loungers and a super large dinning table that can sit 12 under a canvas awning so you can enjoy lunch without getting cooked by the sun. Also great sofa and chairs so that you can sit with your drinks in the evening and admire the views. To make life really easy, there is even an excellent gas barbecue so you don't have to mess with charcoal.

One of the things that we were surprised about was the service provided by the owners of the villa. Every morning and evening the pool man would appear and water the garden and check the pool. Every afternoon, 2 people would appear after lunch and tidy the kitchen and clear bins etc which was a lovely bonus. Finally, a large team came in twice a week and carried out a full top to bottom clean of the villa, changed all the towels ( yes, beach ones were also provided) and all the sheets. Overall, it nearly felt like staying in a hotel. We really felt so well looked after!

The villa is about 15 minutes walk into Kalkan. Most nights we walked in which was relatively easy and taxi back (10tl). The villa sits a short walk from the Palm Beach Club which we would highly recommend. The views from the villa are outstanding you have a clear view out to sea and a lovely clear view looking back on Kalkan - wonderful at night sitting outside looking at the twinkling lights.

Overall, this is a really fabulous villa that has everything you could ever want and is amazingly well serviced and we could recommend it enough. Debbie at Olive Tree travel was excellent and again, I would highly recommend using them. Debbie really knows the villas in Kalkan so you can trust her advice.

Villa Gozcu is situated in the most perfect position in Kalkan, close enough to walk into town and a great spot to watch the sunsets.
Everything you need is in this villa. Service from rep was excellent.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Celebrated with friends in a wonderful, well appointed villa.
Bedrooms were on the generous size, with comfortable beds and each ensuite added an extra level of privacy per room.
Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need.
The lower floor games room provided fun for both the small and big kids!
Lazing by the infinity pool was just wonderful.
Short walk into town, just a few hills to conquer on the way home!!
No need to bring a thing, just yourselves and your suitcase.

Fabulous Villa in a fabulous location. Everything you could want is provided in this beautiful villa. The views are outstanding and the sunsets are amazing. The service provided from Olive Tree travel from making an initial enquiry to the service provided on site during the holiday was excellent. The local management team from Korsan were also excellent and provided a daily cleaning service and pool cleaning service. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the holiday of our dreams and would definitely do it again.

This was our first trip to Turkey and we may now be spoilt forever! The villa was perfect for our large group - and Olive Tree Travel and Omer was fantastic to deal with. Trust them and take their recommendations. We will definitely be back someday.

We stayed here for the week of our wedding in Kalkan+it was perfect - luxurious but homely, we had great service from Debbie+Omer who were v helpful and were only ever a phone call or email away, amazing views, lovely (unexpected!) welcome pack on arrival etc. We didn't want to leave! It was well worth the money and all my friends want to go back next year!
