Villa Gemma Lycia is a beautiful 5-bedroom property in the sought after district of Komurluk with wonderful sea views from every room.

This property offers guests plenty of space both inside and out, with its own stylish decor.

It is also just a short walk down hill to 3 popular beach clubs, Zest, Denizim and Palm Beach.

The villa is only a 7-10 minute walk into the old town or a water taxi ride away from one of the beach clubs to the harbour.

Cant recommend Olive tree travel enough. From start to finish. All information was clearly supplied.
The villa was in the location we requested.
Excellent accommodation and outside space. Emaculate condition.
All people involved were friendly.
Ali was fantastic. Kept us supplied with water and daily bread. Was on hand if we had any questions or queries. Would highly recommend. Thanks for making our holiday one to remember.
