Stayed at Villa Badem for the 2nd time. Great location, good size pool, great air con, love the new sofa and the lights being installed above the mirrors in the bedrooms. Water cooler in kitchen was a wonderful additional too. Bathroom good size and strong flow compared to other places. Would defo stay again. -ve's - Wifi doesn't work on the roof top terrace even with booster, need a rattan comfy furniture on the rooftop to enjoy the view better.

Good central location: 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the restaurants street.
The villa was clean and very comfortable for 5 people, good bathrooms, comfortable beds, good as stable WiFi coverage. Part of the pool is shaded for bit less than half a day that is huge advantage in July when it is 35-38 degrees outside, the pool is large enough.
We had couple of problems, they were fixed next day. Cleaning was done on 8th day, bathrooms, and all rooms were cleaned very well with disinfectants, we had to remind the property manager about the cleaning though.
A few things to note: because there are restaurants nearby you smell meals they cook and have to shut windows to sleep as the parties go well beyond 12 AM.

Overall I can recommend this villa, but "Value For Money" is 4 of 5. Taxi to bit farther location costs 80-120 lira and quite often you can call it via WhatsApp.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Badem. The location is perfect being just about as close as you can get to Kalkan old town. (About 1min walk). Also close to a local supermarket. (2 min walk). It is well equipped with three great areas to relax in - patio with pool, balcony and roof. The owner was very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended.

We love Kalkan & have stayed at this property last year. It could do with a bit of work generally & there was even less in the kitchen than last year. Even with the discount it's a top dollar price & that should be reflected in the condition of the property. Having said that we would stay there again as the location is hard to beat.
