Such a beautiful and picturesque location has to be witnessed. There are spectacular views and walks from the site. The property is a converted farm dwelling, which has been done very well with lots of quality rooms and amenities.
The garden has a large outdoor table and benches adjacent to the BBQ and hot tub, so an ideal social hub. However, there is no shade and as we were there in 35c plus weather, we did miss some shade.
Also, the underfloor heating wouldn't turn off, which made using the dining room a challenge in the heat. The owners did come out and sort this once they knew about it.
The games room has some cooling, which was very welcome.
We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend it as a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Old farm house which can accommodate a family of 12, comfortably. Games room, Hot Tub & large BBQ set in a beautiful location with stunning views to relax the most stressed! Our experience was faultless with all family members, from 17 to 80yrs old, thoroughly enjoying the facilities & location - great party venue!

Rock farm is a beautiful property located in the Quantock hills of Somerset. It was the perfect house to celebrate a special 80th birthday for my father in law.
The house is huge and very comfortable for 15 people. The annexe across the courtyard was perfect for one of the families to stay in.
We were very lucky because we had the most amazing weather for our stay. The views of the fields/hills were absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend staying at this house for a family celebration.
