Lying in the beautiful Vale of Evesham, on one of the only remaining original asparagus farms, Gras Lodge is surrounded by fields filled with the vegetable from which it takes its name. This former farm shop has been cleverly and sympathetically repurposed to provide a cosy, rural escape. High attention to detail and the wonderful use of colour gives great personality to Gras Lodge, and it sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. With Cotswold hotspots such as Broadway and Chipping Campden in one direction, Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon in the other and easy access to the regency town of Cheltenham Spa, this is a great base from which to explore.

A great place to stay for a short break close to interesting places to visit in the Cotswolds.

The above scoring and summary says it all. My wife and I stayed for a four night break and the accommodation and location suited us very well indeed . The owners were most helpful and we have told them that it is our intention to return again . Cannot speak highly enough of the accommodation and cleanliness.

Just spent 4 nights at Gras Lodge. Property very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Well located for the Cotswolds. Visited Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Worcester which were all within a 40 minute drive. Had fabulous weather during our stay so made good use of the outdoor area. Would recommend.

I stayed here for a week in August with my wife and two daughters. The location was quiet and on the grounds of an asparagus field. The lodge is quite new and maintained to a very high standard. It was well equipped with high chairs and travel cots for children, smart TV, bath, and an outdoor seating area with a parasol and BBQ. While here, we managed to visit Stratford, there is a shopping centre close by, some National Trust houses, and local villages such as Broadway that are worth a visit. There was an absolute gem of an animal farm called All Things Wild that had a soft play centre inside. The remote location of the lodge makes it ideal for stargazing on clear nights, be sure to take your binoculars.

The lodge was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. The host responded to my pre trip query extremely fast. A car is a must, but there's plenty to do and visit if you drive 10+ mins to local towns and attractions. If eating out I recommend The Ivy Inn pub for great food at a great price. Booking meals at any local pub or restaurant is advised as they all seem to get fully booked fast esp on a weekend. I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this particular quiet and comfy lodge with ample parking.

We found Gras Lodge to be very clean and pleasant inside, the furniture etc was all in great condition and very cosy and stylish. There were plenty of nice bits and pieces like shampoo/conditioner etc, as well as brownies! The location was stunning, and the hosts really friendly. We definitely will be staying here again in the future, and highly recommend this as a lovely lodge to chill out in, or as a great base for exploring the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Excellent lodge with the friendly Owners providing everything you need for a family break in the Cotswolds. Only 15 minutes from Broadway, the prettiest of villages. Plenty to see and nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Can highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you

Wonderful lodge with very friendly and helpful hosts. The lodge is impeccably clean and beautiful and although it looks small, it is spacious enough for 4 people. It has everything we needed and lovely views from the lodge. The only very slight negative point is the location near a road so there is some traffic noise (albeit a 30mph zone).
Easy access to explore the beautiful Cotswolds villages but also close enough to amenities.
We would happily stay again.

Absolutely beautiful lodge, cosy with vibrant colours! Jo and Mark provided an amazing service! They live next door but gave us all the privacy we needed to feel like it was just us and no one else around, but always made us feel as though they were never to far away if we needed them! The special added touch of brownies on arrival was just amazing and was a winner for all of us! Very family friendly with a high chair and cot for our baby, with excellent location. A must stay!

I stayed at Gras Lodge for a week with my wife and two children (2.5 years and 3 months old) and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The lodge itself is the old farm shop converted into a very comfortable lodge with every amenity you could think of. The hosts, Jo & Mark, are the best we have come across. Super friendly and helpful but never intrusive.

Lovely place to stay, full of character and set on the asparagus farm providing a beautiful surrounding. Go for a walk up the farm and you will spot a couple of deer in the evenings.

Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. We stayed for just two nights whilst attending a family wedding with our two children and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect location. Would definately stay again.
