Hide away for a while at Antelope Cottage, an escape to traditional Cotswold life in the heart of Northleach where you can pop to the market on a Wednesday morning and linger over post-walk drinks at the Wheatsheaf Inn just down the road. Elegance and country chic styling are found throughout this holiday cottage in Northleach which has a woodburning stove and beautiful details. Engaging conversations in the cosy indulgence of the living room and meals of local ingredients will fill your time here when you’re not exploring. Nearby you can discover National Trust landmarks, Bourton-on-the-Water and popular attractions such as Cotswold Farm Park, Diddly Squat and Daylesford Organic.

We recently stayed in Antelope Cottage for a 10 day vacation in the Cotswolds. We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. The cottage is exactly as pictured. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The instructions to get to the cottage as well as access the keys were simple and clear. We loved the location. Very easy to drive to so many different villages and explore the countryside. We loved the village of Northleach. The two local pubs were fantastic, the small grocery store made it so easy to pop over to get supplies and there were a couple of options to get a coffee or tea and pastries as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is small and the floors a bit uneven as per usual in the cotswolds. All provisions were there and the owner was very responsive. Would be nice to have info on and to have been able to recycle.

The cottage was lovely, clean & well equipped. It's in an ideal location to explore some of the surrounding towns and villages. Also good to have the pub virtually on the doorstep! We ate there a couple of times.
When we had an issue with the hob, both the owner & housekeeper were very responsive and the problem was quickly resolved. Can I suggest some copies of instruction books for appliances would be helpful in the property though.
All in all it was an excellent stay and my husband & I enjoyed our few days away.
