The cottage is situated on Lammerlaw Farm, home to the third generation of the Campbell family and is surrounded by farmland. This lovely property offers peace, tranquility and a place to escape and relax, whilst viewing life on a working farm that supports renewable energy. Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Scottish Borders, Dumfries and Galloway & East Lothian beaches are all within a short drive, providing guests with a huge range of wonderful places to visit and enjoy.
We loved the fact that the roads around were quiet. The whole area is very pretty, the fields full of cattle and sheep. The cottage itself was quite big. And all the equipment in the cottage was of good quality. The views were great. One minute you could see for many miles, then some clouds would roll in, then see for miles again. We loved it.
