The cottage is lovely, has everything you need in the kitchen (although maybe an ice cube tray for the freezer would be good), and is really cosy and comfortable. Laura Jane is a wonderful host! When we came back from a day out where my dog had rolled enthusiastically in something really, really stinky, she gave me dog shampoo, an extra towel and even some gloves! Spacious, cosy cottage in ideal location near Oban. All the family very comfy, including dog, loved the log burner and garden. Very good value and spotlessly clean.
Rowan Cottage is a light and spacious cottage. The kitchen is well appointed including a washing machine and tumble drier. The cottage has an enclosed garden with picnic table. With views over the Loch and mature gardens, it is an idyllic spot. There is a shop on the Isle of Seil, but more choice in Oban. Dog owners should note that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. Couples who prefer separate beds/rooms should let the hosts know before their visit. A beautiful and peaceful stay with friends and helpful hosts. Thank you.
