A real adventure, and lots of great experiences! We loved the amazing scenery and spotting wildlife- seals, porpoise, sea eagles, deer, otters, insects, lichen, plants, sea life. Carna House was like the most comfortable wildlife hide to sit and watch the bay. The house was well equipped, dramatically situated and very peaceful. It's an incredible place with wonderful proximity to nature but expensive for somewhere simple. And a shame that the storm has left access so tricky. it's not easy manoeuvering the barrow across obstacles. I would recommend but with a warning about cost.
