Once a derelict old farm house, West End farm has been restored into a luxury country retreat, just 15 minutes drive to the beach and local market towns, this is the perfect getaway for larger groups.

This proved to be the perfect spot for a group of friends to relax, laugh, share and feel indulged. It really made us all feel special! The house definitely has the "wow!" factor. We cooked together in the spacious, well equipped kitchen, we played croquet on the lawn ( a first for many of us), we relaxed in the huge hot tub, burnt sausages on the barbie and we sang and danced knowing that we would not be disturbing any neighbours!

From our first enquiry, Molly, Duncan and Lewis at Unique Retreats couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating and any queries we had while we were at the property were responded to instantly. The luxury hamper and fresh bread on arrival was a lovely touch as was the dog hamper full of treats, toys and a towel. We couldn't have felt more welcome and valued.

We had a couple of trips to the coast to see puffins and walk along the cliffs and on the beach but could very happily have spent all our time at the house. Sitting outside in the sunshine and then, watching the sun set with a G&T in hand was an added bonus!

West End Farm offered all we needed to lift our spirits and make happy memories.

We had such a beautiful stay at West End Farm and the Lodge. The farm and lodge was the most perfect space, with everything we needed for our stay. Lewis and Molly have really thought of every detail to make it so special. Everyone loved the space, especially the 12 person hot tub!

The farm and lodge is set in beautiful grounds in a lovely location. We walked into Kilham where there is a cosy pub with a fire and enjoyed a lovely meal.

It is such a fabulous place to stay for larger groups, I would highly recommend and hope to return soon!

A fabulous place for a larger group very well equiped everything had been well thought out huge comfy beds any problems were dealt with straight away would certainly recommend.

We have had a beautiful weekend stay at West End Farm, and The Lodge.
The properties are so much nicer in real life and totally exceeded our expectations, with stunning views and excellent location.
West End Farm has everything you need, everything's been thought out properly, the property is stunning and the beds are extremely comfortable (not to mention huge). The hot tub is excellent and the huge sofa was so comfortable.
We celebrated a big birthday with all our family and the properties suited all ages.
Molly & Lewis were very communicative and the booking went very smoothly, highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic celebration for my sister's 70th at West End Farm and Annxe - 12 adults, three children and four dogs. The house is beautifully furnished, wonderfully spacious with plenty of comfortable chill out spaces and a huge, well-equipped kitchen. Molly and Lewis helped us with birthday decorations and ordered a spectacular birthday cake from Cara at the Happy Puffin Bakery (so delicious). The games room and hot tub meant that all adults and children had a brilliant time. Thank you Molly and Lewis. We'll definitley book through Unique Retreats again.
