This studio has everything including the ever valuable outdoor space, great for a spot of lunch or a glass of wine. All amenities in the property are first class very dog friendly too. The shower was fantastic I want one at home. You are in easy access of everything. I just loved my stay here. I’ll be booking again soon.
This is our 3rd time staying here. It’s not only dog friendly but very ‘accessible’ for him as he’s got a bad back. He loves people watching from the window, as do we! Great location, couldn’t be better, just a lovely place all round.
A beautiful spacious but cosy Cottage. Very well equipped everything you needed. Very clean & mid stay clean, changing of bed linen and towels was a bonus. Extras like hand wash and kitchen cleaning products was much appreciated. Separate washing machine and tumble dryer is really useful, being in the utility room leaves the kitchen free of washing etc. excellent property. Had a wonderful stay and will be back.
We have stayed in this place many times and booked for 2025. The only thing is needed are some smaller frying pans and these have already been ordered.
House layout is first rate. Relaxing in the evening with food and drinks so spacious.Plus the outside decking and views are excellent.
We booked West Coast House through Cherished Cottages and from the start to the end it was the perfect break. The team couldn't have been more helpful with booking and during our stay, and the house was the perfect holiday home. A stone's throw from the beach and minutes from the town centre, it was the perfect location for our family holiday. And the view of the sunset from the bedroom windows was stunning! Would highly recommend both West Coast House and Cherished Cottages!
Our second visit to this lovely cottage (usually it’s booked up and we miss out!), so we were delighted to be back. The owners have beautiful taste - the cottage is v cosy and nicely furnished, and it’s the best sleep we’ve had in St Ives. Halfway between the bakery on Fore St and Porthmeor beach, it’s also in a perfect spot. Thanks v much for a fabulous stay
The only issue we had was the garden was not 100% secure so our dogs getting through to the next door property.

This is our second stay here. Perfect location, very clean, well equipped. A tap outside would be useful to wash sand off your feet before entering apartment. We always put a saucepan of water outside the door as we left. Another perfect short break was had, we will return.
This is a lovely property in a great location in St Ives. Our only grumble is the size of the showers on the first floor, which are incredibly small and uncomfortable to use. This is a shame in a property of this size and quality
Lovely week in Crab Rock. This accommodation is in a wonderful location with stunning views. Lovely to wake up to the views of the harbour and the waves rolling in. Good sized. We were family of 4 adults and one dog. Great to have a full sized fridge freezer and a Quooker Tap. Bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. This is our second stay here. Would definitely stay in Crab rock again.
Hardy’s cottage was a lovely place to stay,it was in a great location to car park beaches and bars will stay here again very homely.

Great location, just right for our small group (2+1 and a dog). Couple of minutes walk from 4 different beaches and easy access to all the good stuff in town. Had a wonderful time
We had a fantastic week at sailfish cottage, we had a week of perfect weather. The location is excellent and the included allocate parking is a must have as all the public car parks were very busy that week. The property is in very good condition and all the appliances are very high quality. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at sailfish and will definitely be coming back
We loved the apartment, the amazing view of the beach is the best, what ever the weather is doing. The appliances and furnishing were all excellent quality. There are a few flights of stairs but we found they were easier by end of week so obviously improved fitness is a plus ! It is a spacious apartment with a large twin room (which is not alway the case) so very comfortable for friends sharing the holiday. It was very clean and we appreciated the welcome basket especially the wine. Would definitely stay again.
Harbour Lights is the perfect holiday home in St Ives, although anyone with physical disabilities might well struggle with three floors and two flights of stairs. The house is beautifully maintained and appointed and its location is very convenient for all that St Ives has to offer. Secure parking for two cars per property and a house within a short walking distance (albeit up a steep hill on the way back) of the centre of St Ives ensure that parking spaces in the town are never a problem for guests at Harbour Lights. The whole family enjoy the house, it’s close to the beaches and the town. You are so close to all the towns facilities but also in a quiet part of the town with great views over the town and harbour.
Great location and lovely, well maintained property. All you need for a fabulous holiday is supplied. The only negative - main bedroom mattress needs changing as it dips in the middle
We have stayed in this property in St Ives many times. It’s always clean and has everything we need, especially a parking space next to the house. Westholme is in a great position overlooking Porthmeor beach and is a quick walk into town where there are lots of good places to eat.
Great, well appointed and cared for flat. Lovely location with sea views and a balcony for afternoon sun. The parking space may be tight but it is great to have. Walking distance from everything you need in St Ives.
Loved the location, it’s cosy but has all you need & it’s on the doorstep for beautiful St Ives, the buzz, the town, the beaches! Great customer service which I believe makes all the difference these days! I will be back thanxx

Fantastic location and very clean. Just be aware of the steps leading up to the property for anyone who has mobility issues. Easy access down to the town where many excellent eateries are available. Would highly recommend this property and next time we visit St Ives it will be our choice of residence.

We enjoyed yet another lovely stay at 14 Barnaloft with its fabulous view of Portmeor beach and close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops in St Ives. All you need for a great stay for 2.
A return visit to 4 Island Road, and the cottage was fully up to the usual exceptional standards. We have been visiting St Ives for eleven years now and have used Cherished for most of those visits. They are a friendly, helpful and efficient company that we can recommend without reservation.
