Perfectly located in Cornwall near St Ives, Penzance and Lands End. The cottage is beautifully presented proving an opportunity to relax and tour the area. Hightlighs are a number of National Trust properties, Tate St Ives and the wonderful Minac Theatre on the clifftop. Highly recommended as a Just for Two self catering holiday. Plus fresh eggs for breakfast from the hen's.

A very cosy cottage on a beautiful location. Also with a nice bathroom. You have everything you need. also a nice terras with use of a barbecue. The owners of The cottage are very friendly and most helpfull people.

We enjoyed our stay with Lee and William very much! Clippity Clop is the perfect place for your week in a prestine location down in south Cornwall. Great views from the old farm, very well equipped and maintained little cottage that they even renovated themselves! It's only a 15 min drive from beautiful and buzzing St. Ives, as well as just around the corner from great locations like the Gurnard's Head or Zennor. Just a stone throw from some of the most beautiful coastline we've ever seen.
Would always recommend staying there and we hope to come again soon!

Perfect in every way for our stay - a lovely couples retreat, loved the location, ideal for visiting the local area, walking the coastal path and catching the Lands End Cruiser. Everything you could ever need provided by the owners Lee and William, a lovely welcome and the flowers and cream tea on arrival was an added bonus as well as the availability of fresh eggs daily…. Would definitely recommend Clippity Clop, a gem of a find for us in Cornwall.

The cottage was perfect. Easy off road parking. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just a short walk from the Gurnards Head and coast path. Lovely sea views. Excellent cream tea on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends. A wonderful place to stay. Lee and William were excellent hosts and helped make our stay a holiday to remember. We will return.

A little off the beaten track but that adds to the attraction of Clippity Clop. We explored this beautiful part of Cornwall for a week and loved every bit of it. Lee and William were friendly and welcoming and a creamed tea was waiting for us. The cottage was spotless and well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. There was nothing we could fault about Clippity Clop; only wish we could have stayed longer!

Clippity Clop is a lovely, cosy cottage - ideal for a couple. It is warm and very comfortable with a kitchen that is thoughtfully equipped.
Location wise, it is perfect for exhilarating walks with breathtaking views along the South West Coastal path and central to a wide variety of activities for more leisurely pursuits - St Ives is a short drive.away as is Senen Cove.
Lee and William were wonderful hosts and dealt with our queries promptly and very graciously - thank you Lee and William.

We had a wonderful week at Clippity Clop. The cottage is in a beautiful location with excellent access to the coast path .St Ives and Penzance are within easy reach and we loved exploring this beautiful stretch of coastline on foot enjoying the wildflowers and birdlife( watching Manx Shearwaters from the cliffs at Zennor was a highlight).
The cottage is immaculate and very comfortable and cosy. William and Lee made us very welcome and we would love to return at any time of year. Thank you !
