The Farmhouse provides modern and comfortable self catering accommodation with stunning views over the sweeping meadows and hills of the Welsh countryside. With four spacious bedrooms, this accommodation is an ideal space for families and friends to come and stay. This accommodation sleep up to 7 people, has four upstairs bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen/ diner and living room. Maximum 6 adults.

What a fantastic weekend we had. This was our 9th November in a row to stay at Treberfedd Farm. We come for the quality accommodation, the beautiful location and the farm amenities. We did the welly walk in the squelching mud - great fun, saw and fed the Bull and his family and enjoyed a daily visit to the chickens with our scraps -as well as planting a few trees! And we still found time to play games in the barn and relax in the hot tub. Another great stay, throughly enjoyed by all. Thank you to the staff at Treberfedd Farm, great memories made again.

Our fourth visit to treberfedd and our second stay in the Farmhouse. Our booking for treberfedd is always exciting and one we look forward to. Its all about family time. The highlight of our stay is always the wellie walk, no matter the weather we are doing it and its become a bit of a family challenge. there is mud, mud and the occasional stream. Be prepared to get your wellington boots stuck in the mud and have to free your foot to save your boot. we laugh, we talk and we plan for the next time. on arriving back at the accommodation there is only one thing left and that's enjoy the hot tub and laugh about the falls and mud. If you are looking to escape from the world, enjoy the simple things and relax then there is no better place.

We felt the cottage could do with some TLC and a deep clean in some areas. There was stains on the sofas and some of the scatter cushions cushions, dead flies on the windowsill, mould on the bathroom blind etc. The beds were clean and the kitchen was clean so we didn’t feel the need to complain at the time as nothing needed urgently doing but it did feel a bit run down and this would stop us from returning. Same with the games room- it very much felt like it needed some attention - there was only a small broken pool queue ( we managed to borrow another one from the shop) and no darts for the dart board and the bats for the table tennis were very tatty. Unfortunately there was an issue with our hot tub and it didn’t work for the majority of our stay which was disappointing as it was the main reason we booked- we were given a 10% refund for this.

This is our 5th year and Treberfedd never fails to disappoint us, despite rain we had an amazing holiday with our Daughter Aimee, this is her special.place and our haven with her.
Jack, becky and the team are wonderful kind people who go out of their was to ensure your stay is a special one.
There is so much to do locally you can never get bored.



7th returning trips to mums retreat. Home from home love it can’t wait for our next trip

We are returning visitors and love our weekend breaks to The Farmhouse. As soon as we open that door and walk in it feels like we are back home. Property always immaculate, a peaceful quiet stay with an added bonus of the hot tub.
On the last trip we met Jack and planted a tree on the grounds which we are looking forwards to watching it grow over the years.
We’ll be back in November and can’t wait

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Farmhouse. A lovely stay with friends, the farmhouse is well kitted out and a wonderful location.
Although not always on site farmer Jack and Becky were quick to respond with any issues or requests.
The hot tub is always a bonus! We will be back again next year.

We had a lovely weekend break as a family and our pet dog..lots of room for all of us and it was like "home from home" with all amenities .The farm was very idyllic and the added pizza shed and able to play pool and our dog loved her trek around the farm on lead managing to see the free roaming chickens. All the other properties looked lovely too including the eco cabins we saw. The hot tub was a definite bonus with private courtyard and ample parking for 2cars. Thoroughly enjoyed and we were close to local beaches Newquay and Cardigan .thankyou

Situated in picturesque countryside. The farmhouse was very well equipped and clean. Very comfortable beds.
The only criticism is the bath and shower are very slippy and have no grab rails.

This was our fourth visit to the farm and our first time in the Farmhouse accommodation. The house is beautiful, cosy and very large; perfect for a large family. We loved our 8 days here the beds were comfy and the dining table was great for family meals together. On an evening we could relax in the hot tub enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside whilst looking at the stars on clear evenings of course.

The farm its self has so much to do, you can enjoy a walk through the acres of land picking blackberries, visit the animals and even feed them with farmer jack. There is a park for the kids with beautiful views and an indoor sand pit which the kids love as its like a secret hide out. One of our favourite things to do is make fresh pizza in the clay oven in the barn. We play Jenga, pool and darts whilst waiting for it to warm up. Then you can all get stuck in making fresh dough and creating the toppings. I honestly don't think we will ever get bored of coming here.

The location is also remote which we love, you get a real taste of what it is like to live in West Wales. The roads are quite and peaceful making a beautiful drive. While you get the beautiful scenery of the countryside you are also not too far away from the coast. Our favourite is New Quay.

The team at Treberfedd farm are friendly and welcoming and so much thought has gone into the creation of things here. I would highly recommend to anyone and it is definitely something you have to experience at least once. Weather is irrelevant here no matter what it looks beautiful and there is always plenty to do rain or sunshine.

This is our 4th year with our disabled daughter and family. Rained every day bar 1! But this didn't dampen our time at Treberfedd we love it there and so much to do out & about. Booked for next year and can't wait. Aimee loves Jack and its her happy place and 2nd home.

We gathered across several properties for a celebration and Becky was really helpful in making sure things went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza oven and the hot tub and we’re glad we’d taken advantage of the opportunities to hire bath robes and bath sheets. We had 6 adults staying in the Farmhouse and it never felt cramped. We did the wellie ramble round the farm and loved walking through the stream and getting a feel for the farm. Many thanks for a lovely stay

This is the 6th time we have had the pleasure of staying at Treberfedd farm and it is honestly, the most tranquil, relaxing, stunning place we have ever been on holiday!!
From the moment we booked, they kept us informed of life on the farm, what we could expect to see and things we could do. The farmhouse is clean, modern, with lovely mod cons to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Stunning views and tranquility that even our 3 children (aged 6, 9 and 14) were amazed at and said it was the best holiday they have ever been on!! The farm itself is well maintained and clean, with gorgeous animals to see that look happy, the woodland walk, the stream where the children can paddle and have great fun and even a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day!
The games room is a great addition since the last time we stayed, which kept everyone happy. We even had a go at making our own pizzas in the pizza oven which was great fun. The play equipment outside was well maintained and again the children loved being able to climb and slide down the tunnel "through the ground".
We just cannot rate this amazing farm, property and staff (including seeing farmer jack again!!) highly enough. They have thought of everything, whilst keeping the charm, tranquility, green living lifestyle and family fun at the heart of everything they do.
It's simply perfect, and feels just like coming home to a big hug and comfy slippers!! We would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be going back again!! Thank youTreberfedd!!

This is the 2nd time myself and friends have stayed here. The farmhouse is beautifully done out and has all the utensils and equipment we need.
Our stay here was wonderful from the hot tub to our evening cooking pizzas and playing ping pong. We intend on making it an annual girls break and are looking at booking a couple of houses summer 2024 to bring our families too, the kids will love it!

This was our 4th visit to Treberfedd, we hadn’t even stopped 1 night and we rebooked for Match. We love the place, 4 mums come away for a weekend of laughs, great company and relaxation and this is the perfect place. We’ve joked about how we’ll be coming well into retirement. Thanks again x

It was lovely to know that our farmhouse's energy was run by solar and wind power. The farm itself was very sweet and we loved the pizza and ping pong barn. Great value for money and the staff were very helpful before and during our stay.

The farmhouse is a lovely place and our family really enjoyed staying there.

To improve the experience further I’d suggest a larger tv perhaps a smart tv (internet access eg Netflix etc) in the lounge area as we tended to stay in to entertain ourselves and we felt that would have made the experience better. Pre-Covid you used to have a bar football table in the living room and we were disappointed that this had been removed again it helped to entertain the family.

Although staff were very friendly they did seem quite stressed and a few areas such as the pizza over booking system could be communicated better
The indoor games area where the pizza oven is situated is rather unloved and needs updating (new pool table and cues for one)
Overall though an enjoyable stay and would recommend.

The title says it all, this being the 4th year is a place we bring our adult Daughter as a family for her annual holiday as her carers. We all love the farm, the kind staff and the local area. Aimee loves this place as her second home as we do and always sad when the holiday is over.
Its a quiet setting and in the recent hot weather proved to be a lovely cool house!
Highly recommended.

I cannot fault our stay in anyway!
We absolutely love the location, such a picturesque little farm, animals roaming around. It had everything we needed, the hot tub was a nice little bonus aswell as the pizza and games shed on site.
Such a fantastic value for money would highly recommend staying here. Only 20-25 mins drive to the beach and some little villages.

Brilliant stay at Treberfedd Farm with my husband, 2 children (5 and 1) and our 2 friends and their child (5).
Excellent facilities, really geared up for the children, everything was thought of to make the holiday easy.
We all loved the added bonus of the hot tub.
Only 20 minutes drive to the beach.
Would highly recommend to anyone, the welly walk was also enjoyed by all.

after a long awaited 2 years due to covid pandemic we really enjoyed our family break with our son daughter in-law and 2 young grandsons. great fun was had by all on welly walk . as well as our pizza and games evening great family entertainment. loved going in hot tub too. setting is stunning in countryside magnificent views lots to do for all ages. Also not too far away to beach and attractions. Farmhouse was well equipped and comfortable.

Loved our little break at Treberffed. The Farmhouse was gorgeous - spotlessly clean, massive rooms, lots of nice little extras such as baby gates, and even a dog bed! We had a long journey but when we arrived the house was gorgeously warm and welcoming. There was even a pint of milk and some eggs waiting for us. The little farm shop was lovely, with helpful and friendly staff. We were only a 20 min drive to some beautiful beaches, and the scenery is spectacular. If you want a lovely place to recharge and relax, this is it.

Our recent stay at Treberfedd Farm was our second in two years. We come as an extended family and hire a number of cottages at a time. We will keep returning as a family as it really is a lovely place to stay. The costs are more than reasonable for a long weekend, especially if sharing the costs across a number of families.
The Farmhouse is a beautiful cottage with a lovely big kitchen for big families. The lounge is comfortably large and there are little useful additions under the stairs such as a changing mat, football, airer etc and a washing machine. It is well laid out with the added benefits of modern facilities. It has the hot tub which of course which is a huge bonus! Add to this the beautiful setting, the play park, nature walks, ping pong barn and it is all spot on. The cottages accommodate for all of those little extras such as tea/coffee/hot chocolate and even a bottle of milk after your long journey. The whole complex is really well thought out down the little things such as the Welly boot room and farm eggs to purchase.
It's only a short drive from Aberaeron which is a lovely harbour with a good range of shops and take aways if you don't want to cook.

We spent 5 nights in the farm house. It is lovely and spacious and very clean. Everything you could possibly need is in the house except a hair dryer. 1 fridge 1freezer and a fridge freezer so plenty of space to store a weeks worth of food and more, also a washing machine in the house and a tumble dryer in the outhouse next door. We also had dressing gowns in each room which was a nice surprise. We used the shared pizza oven 1night which was really good. The children also got to feed the chickens and cows and collect the eggs which they really enjoyed. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing after a busy day exploring the farm and surrounding area. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a dog the garden doesn’t have a gate so would have to be kept on the lead.

The farmhouse was a beautiful home and they catered for our 19month old so well with high chair, travel cot and stair gates. Everything you could need for a very relaxing break. The location is just beautiful with lovely walks around the farm and not far from the coast for days out. Would highly recommend!

This is our 3rd stay and we just love it, accommodation is great, facilities are great, a safe space for children to explore and have fun. We holiday as a group and The Farm House provides the most amazing kitchen space to cook for a large number of people, spend time socialising and having fun.

This is our 3rd holiday at Trebberfed Farm with our Daughter who has learning disabilities and absolutely loves the farm Jack, and Coco not necessarily in that order!!
It is a wonderful place that gives us a week of quality time as a family for which we're very grateful. I don't want to recommend it so much we can't book our next year's holiday!!

The location of Treberfedd is beautiful and very tranquil. The house was comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub every day. The cottages and campsite are spaciously situated in the same area which is not a working farm, so if you expect to see lots of farm animals you maybe a little disappointed. There were hens and chicks and few cows in adjacent fields.
I would recommend that you take food, drink and other kitchen bits like foil, cling film etc as shops and supermarkets are not close by. There was a fresh pint of milk in the fridge.

Overall we had a relaxing very enjoyable holiday at Treberfedd farm.

We had a lovely holiday staying in the Farmhouse, it had everything we needed. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lots of beautiful places within easy reach, Mwnt Beach, Penbryn Beach and New Quay. This was our first time at Treberfedd and will not be the last!

Our second year and just as wonderful as the first, it's a holiday for our Daughter with special needs, it has everything she needs and loves, great farmhouse, animals and of course Jack, his staff and dogs.

This is the 2nd time visiting the farm and our first stay in the farmhouse. It was impeccably clean on arrival and provided everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 children in our party and the added bonus was the hot tub which we enjoyed using. Treberffed is in a wonderful location with plenty of interesting places to visit locally. I always recommend it to friends looking for holiday destinations.

Our week in the Farm House was a real treat. Beautiful location and very safe for our children to explor.

Its comfortable and very well equipped, we especially loved the new Pizza oven in the barn, very sociable as we got talking to some campers sharing our marshmallows and chocolate over the fire pit.

Cant wait time visit again soon !

This was our first holiday at this farm, it is our Daughters annual holiday. She has physical and learning disabilities and loves farms and animals. We had the most wonderful magical holiday with Aimee, she was so happy at the farm, and the help of farmer Jack and all the staff that it made all our time there special. Anyone living with a child/young adult with Austism and cerebral palsy will understand the challenges they face, but the memories of this holiday will live long in our hearts. Next year is already booked. A huge thankyou to everyone at Treberfedd.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at treberfedd farm. Will most certainly come back in the future. Fantastic location with beautiful views. So peaceful and quiet with so much to do. Great outings and walks to do with the kids (the park with ship and play barn with pizzeria was a real bonus) the nature trail walk on site was interesting. It wasn’t very clear and very overgrown. Needless to say I got stuck in the mud a few times. But it was a good laugh. We visited new quay for a boat ride to see the dolphins. This was amazing and I can highly recommend. We went to a harbour, a wonderful farm and park and lots of other places. We were so lucky with the weather too so made extra use of the hot tub!
My only negative comments about Everything would be, that I didn’t realise it was pet friendly. (This is fine) except all the carpeted floors were covered in hair. As We had an 8 month, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year old, I found this hair would continuously get stuck to hands, clothes and play things. Maybe a better hoover/carpet cleaner would be beneficial.
The tumble dryer in the out building did not appear to work well at all. I think this may need replacing. And then the main bathroom bath plug seemed to leak. Every time we ran a bath it would then just keep draining.
Other than these minor things, we loved it and would 100% recommend Treberfedd farm to anyone!

After staying at the farm last year in The Granary we decided to book again for this year and bring all the family along!! 3 generations and the dog and all enjoyed every minute of the holiday. There was something for everyone in the surrounding areas and further afield. The farm itself and the surrounding area is beautiful! The park was a huge hit with our 3 year old and he loved collecting the eggs with the young girl on our last morning. The Farmhouse was so well equipped there wasn't anything that any or us needed that wasn't there! It was clean and well looked after. The hot tub went down a treat with everyone! We will definitely be returning and I've already recommended you to family and friends. Thanks again for a lovely holiday

We had the farmhouse and the granary for a family getaway. Staff were very helpful and friendly and booking was a well organised process. House is spacious and in a lovely scenic spot. Some minor niggles but nothing of note. A cover over the hot tub would be handy as it rained non stop! As said in web site it’s a fair jaunt to a town or beach but if you just want to enjoy the views and peace this is a great place.

6 adults 2 kids and a dog had a lovely holiday. The hot tub was great for dipping in and out of and the views and tranquillity were stunning. the farmhouse gave us plenty of space, was very well equiped and provided a great base to explore the surrounding towns and villages too. The kids loved feeding the animals with the farmer and learned alot from it. we will be returning soon I hope. A really lovely holiday creating really lovely memories.

so relaxing from the moment you arrive came last year but stayed in the carthouse ,so relaxed super for the children ,you don't need to venture off the farm plenty to see .Newquay lovely small beach and the dolphin trip not to be missed .

We stayed for a week in the Easter holidays. The setup at the farm was excellent and there is plenty to do on site. My daughters really enjoyed gathering eggs and feeding the sheep in the mornings. The welly walk is not for the feint hearted but it had been raining! Close by are several good day trip options and you can sit out in the hot tub into the evening.

We stayed on the Farmhouses for four nights in February. The farm is lovely and peaceful and we had a great holiday. There are lots of lovely touches such as toffee waffles, eggs and milk waiting for you. The farm has lots to keep children and busy and I loved the welly store!
My son loved visiting the cows everyday and fell in love with Connie!
The house was very comfortable and had everything's we needed. There's so much to see in the area too.

We stayed in the Farmhouse and we cannot praise this house enough, Everything you need and a home from home. We had a beautiful week and although the sun was shinning for us, we would have be just as happy in the rain. The farm is a lovely place to explore and in such an idyllic setting. Our boys (3 yrs and 8 mths) were very happy and at home all week. One morning we had a tour of the farm by one of the lovely farmers which was a great experience. Took back the eggs we collected and had them for breakfast. In a lovely setting in the middle of beautiful fields, but not too far from some lovely places for a fantastic day out (Aberaeron, Penbryn Aberporth)
Already trying to work out when we can go next year as this was one of our best holidays as a family so far. No complaints at all, a 5 Star holiday!

A great place for families particularly those with young children. Very safe, lots of good walks, animals (the polish farm worker gave us a great tour and interacted with the children in collecting the eggs and patting the sheep, kids loved it!), the park is close by too. The farmhouse was perfect for what we needed (3 mums with our 4 kids (1year - 8years), fully equipped and more, warm and cosy. Will definitely be re booking in the near future.

A fantastic location, staying in amazing accommodation! Log fires, underfloor heating and perfect country setting. Peace and quiet for all the family. We booked here last minute for my daughter's 3rd birthday on a whim and could not have been more pleased. It was everything you could want and more, the cottage was immaculate, warm (even in November) and welcoming. The staff were very accommodating and took the time to show our daughter around the farm. Absolutely fantastic stay and would definitely go back. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for those with toddlers / young children.
