Historic, Grade II listed ground floor apartment with a riverside location, recently renovated the apartment combines modern luxury and design with some quirky original features. Its city centre location makes it perfect for leisure or business.

The property was in a good location and has everything I needed, it was very comfortable would recommend to anyone coming to York.

Location is good, close to everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable, Molly from stays York was really helpful and quick response to all my questions.
The few little things worth to mention is first the drain in the shower was blocked badly, we have to clean it by ourselves, and big block of hair coming out. Second, TV signal was very bad, can't really watch things. The last, we don't feel we had the scheduled cleaner to clean the place which is not a big deal for us

Great apartment plenty big enough for two. Clean and tidy, kitchen fully equipped even with the egg cups which are very often missing from other holidays have been on.
If was going to be really picky, the sofa was a bit uncomfortable after a while and a tv in the bedroom would be nice but these are personal preferences. Will be looking to book again, so thanks again for a great stay.

This is our second stay in the apartment.
It is ideally located for York Minster,The Shambles,York Market and many other York attractions.
It is kept warm by central heating and the facilities are all there,including cooker,kettle,toaster,fridge and even a dishwasher!!

This says it all: we planned to be there for a month but ended up staying for almost three. The condo is in the middle of the city and a short walk to everything - grocery, shops, restaurants, tourist sites. No need for a car. The kitchen is well equipped, the place is bright and airy, and the owners very nice. Would be hard to find a better place in a more central location that this one. We hope to return in the future!

The apartment was just as advertised. It was a convenient walking distance to York attractions, the grocery store and shopping. Only 2 steps into the building and 1 step into the bathroom. I say this because I am limited in the amount of walking I can handle in a day but I was able to walk everywhere from the apartment. It was comfortable with enough room for 2 people. I had a minor issue with a curtain rod it was handled professionally & immediately. The booklet explaining miscellaneous things about the apartment was well organized. I would suggest adding a page about how to operate the washing machine. I figured it out eventually.
I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book here again.
