Second stay here as before brill all the home comforts you need great customer service from cooper cottages and lovely hosts will defo stay here again
Excellent flat in a great location, we have stayed at Craigrossie on a number of occasions and the flat is always clean, comfortable and well presented. Craigrossie is on the doorstep of Gleneagles hotel, so close that it feels part of the hotel. Looking forward to booking our next 7 day break.
This property is extremely comfortable and well presented, great value. It is in an ideal location and the owner clearly puts a great deal of effort into ensuring a good stay.
Brill place , everything you need , hot tub was great for relaxing after trips out and about. Fresh eggs from the host Fiona who was very nice , asked if we needed anything to let her know , she mentioned go to Loch Katrina and i'm glad we took her advice the walk along the side of Loch was absolutely stunning. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return.
Very well appointed cottage. Ideally situated for a large number of local attractions. and perfect for any golfers as the course is adjoining the property. Louise was very helpful and overall, I would recommend it to others - in fact have just done so to my cousin Melanie and her husband .
We had a relaxing 3 night stay at Glinngeal. The accomodation is fantastic, the living space and kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We would highly recommend staying at Glinngeal.
We had a great stay. Cottage is beautiful, all clean and good quality. Location right on loch is lovely and we were treated to excellent weather which helps! Cottage is separated from the loch by the road but that wasn’t a problem for our adult group with dogs as the gardens were dog secure. Pub and hotel just along the road looked nice but we didn’t venture in. Great area for walks and watersports.
Spacious, comfortable accommodation and excellent value for money. I would definitely return if in the area. Nearly everything you could possibly need. All fixtures and fittings to a high quality Just as a little point - no bottle opener and a mirror would be nice in the twin bedroom. Strongly recommend.
Stayed at no. 4 apartment Northchurch in March 2020. Travelled with my husband and pet dog Seamus.. Bill the owner kept in contact with us on our arrival date and arranged to meet us at the property. He was very attentive and nothing seemed a bother for him. The apartment is very centrally located for shops restaurants and pubs and Bill was happy to supply local knowledge on the ones worth a visit and dog friendly. The flat itself was tastefully decoarted with good quality furnishings and also spotlessly clean. The owners had gone out of there way to provide treats, bowls and even bedding...more
What an amazing place this is, me my wife and daughter stayed here over new year and absolutely loved it. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are out of this world. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.
Me and my partner Jean stay at allt beag every year the facilities in the cottage are excellent. The cottage is in a quiet location and it's really peaceful you can see a variety of birds at the feeder including woodpeckers, Jay's and nuthatches, also red squirrels and deer we would recommend the cottage to everyone can't wait to go back next year
An excellent location, in one of our favourite places. The hosts are helpful and communicative and we would Highly recommend!
The Waterside is in a lovely peaceful little village with great walks around it. The hosts were very kind a helpful. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable and we had a really happy stay. Hope to go back.
Beautiful, immaculate cottage in idyllic surroundings. Lochearnhead very quiet so car required. Hot tub out of use at the moment, once it's up and running a stay here would be even nicer.
This is my second stay at this fab cottage. Great price for the location and facilities on offer and minutes walk for shopping and eating. Will definitely be back
We had a great stay at Ruchearn enjoying the space of the cottage and the local area. Central heating was very effective! Although there was an iron bench outside the conservatory overlooking the river a small table would have been useful to put things on. The road outside was busier that we expected but the evenings and early mornings were quiet. The popular fish and chip shop opposite the cottage proved a lively place. It was well organised. Fish and chips delicious! We didn't use the garden but for families this would be a useful spot for playing in.
Very nice place. Has everything you will need. Location is amazing. Stayed here for 5 nights. 4 adults and one child.
Had a great and very relaxing weekend. House was perfect for our needs. Only one thing I would ask for is a glass recycling bin.
There was plenty of room for two of us and the accommodation would be good for a family too. A wonderful welcome from Bryan, a well equipped holiday home, and quick access to many beautiful places in Scotland. The only niggle was the lack of any manuals for the kitchen appliances. We would stay here again.
Our second visit to TOMANOUR. Has a private secure back garde. Very quiet location and a 10 minute walk into town centre. Fabulous hotel, family butcher, 2 convenient stores, bakers, curiosity shop with beautiful gifts at very reasonable prices, fantastic Deli with excellent products. THIS HOLIDAY LET is a MUST visit.
A very comfortable cottage, clean and well appointed in a lovely quiet position with good all round views. My only little gripe, given that the weather curtailed being able to get out as much as we would have liked, was not being being able to access all of the apps available on the television which would have been useful.
Kirkton Bridge was a great place for a short break, one small issue would be for such a lovely big bedroom it would benefit from a larger sized bed found the current bed a bit of a cozy crush, the twin room would also benefit from comfier beds. Everything else about thus wee Scottish Gem is fabulous.
Brilliant and most welcome stay at this cottage. Fantastic, stunning views and great walks in the area.. Thanks to Catherine for everything.
We enjoyed our stay in St Ola in Strathyre. The House has been well finished and the bedrooms and bathroom were particularly comfortable. It was nice to have a lovely big tv in the living room. Callander is just a short drive away for shopping and the village shop across the road has essentials.
The house was very comfortable with plenty room for 8 people. The owner was very helpful when we had a couple of issues and sorted them out very quickly. Also very accommodating with the dates of our break. Ideal situation for golfers or for families wishing to explore the area. Would definitely recommend this property
We stayed at Fern Cottage for four nights recently, the cottage is in a lovely situation with a view of the river from the dining room. There was a small welcome pack - 4 teabags, 4 coffee sachets, 4 sugar sachets, shortbread and a pint of milk in the fridge. There was a basket with logs and kindling, however we had to go to Aberfeldy to buy more logs as there were none nearby although the central heating was very efficient. Bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent but needed a grab rail for us old age pensioners! Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely make a return visit.
The house is beautiful and well equipped. Recommend Comrie Croft + Action Glen for activities. 10/10
Had a wonderful stay at the Old School cottage, attractive traditional exterior, with modern interior, providing every comfort we could have asked for. We stayed here after my husband had a knee operation, and it was the perfect spot to get away, with restaurants and the village shop near by.
We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in this comfortable house. The owners were very helpful. The house provided a great central location for visiting a range of attractions such as Blair Atholl Castle, The Kelpies, St. Andrew’s Glen Lyon and Aberfeldy. It was also fantastic being so close to Perth. The location and house were both great for us to explore this beautiful part of Scotland. Thank you.
Cosy warm cottage for the 5 of us for our February break. Well equipped, thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Great location in a quiet corner of the town, very short walk to shops, and a few yards over up the road there's a good track up to waterfalls. Nice idea to have a small TV area away from the main sitting room ( I'm not sure there's enough comfy seats in sitting room for 8). Lots of garden space, not that we made use of it during the winter storms! Parking for extra cars on road next to property. Had a nice winter walk by driving a few miles to the end of Monument raod and walking u...more
We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at The Tingha. The cottage is in great condition and it was very well prepared for our stay. The cottage is very comfortable and bigger than we thought it would be. Being a family of four we had a very comfortable stay there. Also, the village of Killin is beautiful and very conveniently located. I highly recommend this cottage.
We really liked the air conditioned sun room with a view over the loch. A very well equipped kitchen, and convenient with both a dishwasher and washing machine. The only thing missing was a clothes horse to dry the clothes once we had washed them. We also appreciated the good selection of games to play in the evenings. Highly recommended and if we ever need to be in that location again, we'd love to come back. Many thanks.
Perfect location direct at the lake with a great view, huge rooms, three clean and modern bathrooms, nice home cinema, a very good fittet kitchen and an amazing terrace. Good management with an easy booking system and fast communication and we will come again!
This is a story of coping with Covid 19. Originally booked for late April but other events got in the way. Matthew and Christine in the office were excellent in dealing with my temporary cancellation, deposit returned to my account immediately. I chose to keep my four nights available for the relaxation of lockdown and re-booked to 24-28 July. The Old Schoolhouse is in the centre of Comrie, none of the amenities are more than a two minute walk away. Right opposite the Chip Shop, meaning piping hot food on the little terrace by the entrance to the flat. Because of covid precautions soft furn...more
The apartment was well located to town. We walked easily to trains, shopping, restaurants, pubs. Apartment was clean; hostess was quite nice. There were a couple of irritating hiccups (drawers that broke, no wash cloths, no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner, inaccessible closets) but living room was quite comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.
We had a week in this quiet and perfectly located flat, with very helpful and friendly proprietors nearby. The galley kitchen was ideal! Beautiful views across the Perthshire countryside, excellent walks, restaurants, cafes and pub in Comrie. Where else could you go for a walk on January 1st to be met with hearty New Year wishes from complete strangers! Thank you.
This was the perfect place for a 5 day holiday break for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and dog. The property is clearly well cared for and everything works really well. Loved the log burners. The location was perfect for Munro walking and cycle route 7 was great for everyone. Recommend a cycle down to Mhor84 for lunch and back.
The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed the fine country and mountain views from the conservatory and garden.
