Will certainly be using this apartment again in the future. excellent location and very smart apartment. well organised arrangements for keys and a very warm welcome.
The nice people in the Lochearnhead Hotel called it the "Upside Down House" because the kitchen and living room were on the top floor, up a spiral staircase. All four bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed for our two week stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking on the top floor deck, and also up the hill behind the house on a freestanding wood deck. One of my fondest memories will be watching the meteor shower with my sons up there while looking down over the loch, with a crystal clear sky full of stars overhead. We really lov...more
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is in a great spot just walking distance from the wee village. Very quiet. Well maintained apartment with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Nice touch with the milk, tea, coffee and shortbreas biscuits on arrival. Ample parking. Loved the place.
The wee house is a lovely place to stay, we were made to feel very welcome by Louise. The property is in a beautiful location with lots of amenities close by. We look forward to returning to the Wee house in the future.
The open plan design was great for us as a family. Good base for visiting, Glencoe, Perth, Stirling and enjoying the area around Loch Earn.
Had a great stay here in lochearnhead where I could go Munro bagging without the need for a two hour drive first! Was fortunate with the weather too, win win! Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to organise. Would highly recommend it!
Just at the doorstep of the Highlands, this cottage is a perfect place for a quick getaway for two + a canine. The owners add in lovely touches to make you feel right at home. We cannot wait to stay here again!
We enjoyed a great weekend in the Millmore lodge. It has a really nice a garden with a river eith rapids flowing through it! Very friendly hosts!
We enjoyed our stay with walks in the area and travel to many historical places. Then the nice weather made the stay unforgettable.
We have had a lovely stay here in Callander. Clean, tidy and cosy cottage. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Would happily stay again if in area.
A very good choice in terms of cleanliness, modern furnishings, facilities, location and convenience. Suited us 4 adults perfectly and dog friendly too, so it was perfect. The price is right for a week's stay, honestly I couldn't recommend it enough.
We were very happy with the location and the size of the cottage. It was helped by wonderful weather.
Edinample Lodge is quite simply a stunning cottage in a stunning location. It's the perfect escape, situated at the edge of a single track road amidst rolling hills and nestled between the loch and the river. The cottage is of exceptionally high quality and spotlessly clean. We have absolutely loved our stay here and very sad to leave. We parked up the car when we arrived and except for a short trip to the shop for milk we didn't use the car at all. Big comfortable bed, beautiful bathrooms and lovely cosy lounge with log fire. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need...more
Just back from an amazing weekend at this fabulous house.Everything you could ask for in the house,so well equipped!!Great house, great location-will definitely be back
Comfortable and convenient property. Exterior door locks awkward to use and door handle to small bathroom from single bedroom does not work. Otherwise very happy with this holiday cottage.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen has a great cooker which we used a couple of times. The beds were very comfortable and adequate storage space for clothes etc. The house is in a central location so it was easy to get around.
Bedrooms lovely decorated, beds comfy. Good location next too all facilities pubs, butchers, shops etc. Nice big cooker and spacious kitchen.
Myself and two sisters visit Tomanour twice a year. It is so homely and comfortable and has everything we could want to make us comfortable. Excellent location with good enclosed garden.
the location is perfect for water sports and for visiting south scotland, situated at one hour from glasgow, edimburgh, east and west coast. the cottage is perfect in everithing
A big thank you to Cooper Cottages for providing such wonderful accommodation and such beautiful weather :) I found the cottage to be spotlessly clean on arrival, very homely, furnished to a high standard and very well-equipped; in my experience typical of the properties offered by Cooper Cottages (I've also stayed at View Cottage and Fern Cottage previously). I would have no hesitation in recommending The Old Schoolhouse to anyone and am myself looking forward to a return visit, hopefully later on this year.
A lovely cottage with everything we needed in a great location. Had a bit of bother getting the wood burner to work a set of instructions would have been useful. Would definitely book again.
A very clean and cosy cottage, perfect for exploring Perthshire, owners extremely helpful and just the right size for two.
Cottage central to the village and its amenities, well resourced and warm. Lots of local tourist information and walks. Very welcoming and look forward to coming back for a longer stay.
The house was so cosy on our arrival. Emma the owner met us st the house and made us feel so welcome. Everything we needed was there . Beds very cosy. Would recommend this house for a visit
I am just home after spending a fabulous 4 nights at Aberturret Cottage with my children and dogs. The owner Lucinda was very helpful on the lead up to my stay, and although she wasn't around during my stay she made sure I was fully up to date with information and advice should I need to contact someone. There was also an abundance of helpful notes and leaflets left within the cottage (and some yummy lemon drizzle cake - thank you). The cottage provided us with everything that we needed, it was very comfortable and relaxing and in the ideal location - Crieff and Comrie both within easy reach. ...more
Excellent as always. We have stayed in the cottage 3 times now and wouldn’t dream of using anywhere else
My family and I had an amazing stay at the Old Bakery. The property was exactly as advertised, it was clean and very comfortable. There were 6 people in our party and the house was perfect. The village of Killin was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. I would highly recommend this property!
Tom na Voil was warm and cosy with every comfort we could wish for . Beautiful en suite bedrooms and great attention to detail throughout the property. The kitchen is very well equipped . A scrumptious welcome pack awaited us with local products such as oat cakes , shortbread and raspberry jam not to mention some Scotch whisky . There are many beautiful walks on the doorstep and there is a very efficient drying cupboard if the Scottish weather catches one out . My daughters did some early morning running and were delighted to encounter a herd of wild deer moving down the glen . The cottage ...more
Wonderful central place, close to all amenities and lovely views. Well set up apartment. Great for our family with two teenagers.
Lovely cottage, well equipped and clean. The conservatory made a real difference being able to take in the views even if the weather was poor. excellent location for walking with a cycle route in the village heading north and south.
The location of the property is second to none and all of our party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The Boathouse is perfect for a relaxing break.
We had a lovely time. The cottage is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts are very kind and helpful.
A lovely week at Ruggles cottage. So many extras in the kitchen it was like home from home. No need to be cold as plenty of wood for the fire and if that wasn’t enough there was also central heating. Beautiful area and lovely walks from the cottage. Only downside for us we booked from advert for 4 bedrooms and on arrival owner said she kept bunk bedroom for private use. As there were 6 of us we doubled up and managed but had we known this we could have booked a 3 bedroom cottage for less.
A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Great view from the lounge too! Plenty of information on local things to do and amenities. Had to ask for Wi-Fi password, though, which I was given very speedily. Thoroughly recommend.
Everything was perfect for my needs. Very quiet location. A good base for travelling around. Highly recommended
We have spent a very good time. It is a place that I totally recommend. The cottage is wonderfull, fully equipped and very confortable.
Warm welcome of the owner. Beds low for an accessible house. Elderly parents would have been helped with higher beds.
