We had a fabulous stay in the safari tent, which completely exceeded our expectations. Everything that you could think of was catered for, including towels, tea towels, extra blankets, lamps and even utensils for toasting your marshmallows. In addition to the bedrooms and the fantastic cupboard bed, we loved the fact there was a boot room to store bags, with pegs to hang coats up. We have often struggled for space when glamping and have had to leave bags and sports equipment in the car on occasion - not the case here. We certainly had a stay to remember. 45mph winds and torrential rain. Suffice to say nobody slept and the tent leaked although not whilst it was actually raining which was odd. Quite a number of things were broken or not working including the fairy lights around the tent. Harry was attentive and came with new lamps as none of those provided were not working or very bright. He also fixed the flue back to the chimney, when it blew apart! A number of chairs were broken, so we took care to not use those! We're glad that we prepared well in advance.
