We loved our long weekend away. Set in stunning scenery, in a very tranquil environment. It is one of the best houses we have been in for dogs and kids.
It has been six years since I stayed at Airhouses and it was wonderful to be back! The Lamont lodge was very well appointed and the view is breath taking. Our youngest traveller was two and the lodge was perfect for her too. She loved visiting all the animals, especially feeding the robots and pigs. It was lovely to see how the site has been further developed with the pop up cafe, sauna and play den. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to my next visit!
The Ramsey at Airhouses has been our favourite family holiday! Our 3 year old daughter absolutely loved feeding all the animals on the farm, which were clearly very looked after. A very special thank you to Damian who took time to speak and know our little girl, allowing her to really find her confidence on the holiday. The accommodation itself was spotless, with everything you could possibly need provided. The hot tub was beautiful too and made the amazing views of the countryside even more special! We have been coming to Airhouses and staying in the Buchanan Lodge for our annual family holiday, for 5 years now and it never disappoints. The facilities are amazing, and the hot tub is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are idyllic and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The farm animals are a real highlight. Each one has its own unique personality, and it's clear they are exceptionally well cared for. They add so much charm and character to the experience. Me, my wife and our dog stayed here for a week in April 26 in The Lodge. Small and cosy it was exceptionally clean throughout with everything we needed, with fantastic views. Being on the farm was fun and it was nice to hear the donkeys braying for the breakfast in the morning. Everyone we met on the farm was friendly and happy to stop and have a chat. It’s a great place that I would happily visit again.
The rowan pod was the perfect getaway spot! We loved the BBQ hut and our own private hottub! Everything was cleaned perfectly for us going. We also used their sauna facilities which I would highly recommend. We also loved saying hello to their farm animals and fed them with food provided in their on site farm shop!
