This cottage is small, but comfortable and clean. Staff are easy to contact and quick to help with any issues. Beautiful environment for walks and days out.
We booked last minute and really didn’t know what to expect. Well it was exceptional. The cottages are lovely and despite it being a fully booked Easter weekend you wouldn’t know it! The free use of the pool as part of the cottage booking was so welcome. Fabulous walking routes close by. Local pub a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant farm shop and cafe within a 10minute walk. The cottage has everything you need for your stay. And make use of the sauna at the campsite! It’s a bargain and so tranquil. We’ll be back!
The cottage was very comfortable and is in an excellent location with Bath and Longleat close by. The swimming pool is really nice and a good size. The hosts were extremely accommodating and sorted out discounted tickets for Longleat and we would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed the lambing at the farm with Becky.
It was an ideal place to relax with friends, and great to have use of a pool and games room. We walked to the village and enjoyed a lovely meal at the pub, and also had a wander round Bradford on Avon which was easy to get to.
Loved the location. Lots to do. Sheep herding thoroughly enjoyed by all. Booked two adjacent cottages which worked really well.
I found the cottage comfortable and enjoyed my time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend Church Farm cottages.
We had a great time here. The bed was comfortable and the newly fitted shower room was very pleasant. The kitchen was well appointed with most equipment needed. Cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch. It was warm and the bookable swimming pool was top notch - it really made the stay special. Getting in and out of Bath was easy in the D1 bus, and there are some lovely walks in the area. If I could improve one thing it would be to allow the outdoor light to be switched off at bedtime - but putting a towel I er the top of the curtains blocked it out.
