Really lovely cottage, very clean and welcoming. The cream tea on arrival was a special treat!! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool & games room but we had a little look and they looked fab! We visited Bath while staying and it was an easy drive from the cottage. Would recommend to anyone visit Bath or surrounding area and if coming back would definitely stay again.
Accommodation was amazing. Bed really comfortable. Supplies of hand wash, shower wash, washing up liquid and what we needed were of outstanding quality. Lovely to have a cream tea welcome. The pool was perfect! We had it to ourselves most days! Had great fun playing table tennis too. We attended the lambing tour which was so informative. Got the local bus into Bath one day. I can’t think k of anything that would have improved our stay. We highly recommend you visit.
The accommodation was comfortable and ideally located for visits to Bath & Bradford-on-Avon. The welcome cream tea was lovely & we also enjoyed the swimming pool. We arrived in the dark & struggled to find where to go, some more visible signage would help this.
All of our children stayed at church farm for a family celebration. We had all of the cottages bar one everyone was very happy with their cottage. We had use of the walnut room which was great ,the pool and games room kept us entertained. The highlight of the stay was the farm tour ,Harriet was a fantastic guide and we witnessed a lamb born within 10 meters of use . Bradford on Avon was a very interesting place .
Thank you for a lovely stay at church farm cottages . The location was ideal for what we wanted to do during our stay which was longleat festival of lights and bath Christmas market . Everyone really enjoyed the cream tea and the milk which was provided for us .
We were very lucky during our Easter break to have varied weather. We went on some lovely walks (local walking maps available in the games room) and spent time looking at the farm as a booked activity. The games room and pool were great during wet weather. Pool is lovely and even with the cottages (and yurt) fully booked we had it to ourselves a couple of times. The cottages are all very close together with a little green in the middle so we could hear other kids playing and that encouraged the kids to play together which was really lovely. Nice little cottage in a convenient location with great facilities. Best in the summer when you can sit outdoors. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely cafe/ farm shop close by.
