This place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and SO well equipped! Right down to having condiments and herbs n spices in the kitchen - letting agents, DO leave these there! Don't "tidy them away", real cooks love to find them in a self-catering property! Props to Lawson Lets. Beds comfy, more than adequate kitchen. A 15-min walk from the town centre.
A cozy, well-maintained cottage, has all the amenities (including washer, cute backyard, only a 15-minute walk from the town center. Very nice!
This was my second stay in this comfortable flat. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The one negative point which might cause dismay to some is that the street is very noisy from late evening until early hours of the morning. Presumably younger folks returning home from social events and nightclubs. This is of course out of the control of the letting firm.
We stayed in Sivermills for our son's wedding and found the location excellent for meeting up with friends and relatives both before and after the wedding. It was ideal for getting to all the bars, restaurants and shops that Edinburgh has to offer as well as all the visitor attractions including the Christmas market. The flat was clean, spacious and all the facilities we needed. We came by car which we needed to help with all the wedding preparation, but I would caution other visitors to arrive by other means as parking was a problem. We loved staying at the flat. Close to centre and good space. Maggie is very helpful. Everything you need is there, and we were so happy to find coffee when we arrived. Would stay there again if going back to Aberdeen. Thank you!
