Apartment was well appointed and decked out for Christmas with welcome gifts for our stay. Overall the apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and tidy and well laid out, with great equipment for children including cote and high chair.

This is our 2nd stay at no. 9 Bredon Court. We love the location which is very convenient for a short walk into the centre and close to a supermarket and shops and easy to get to all the beaches, bars, restaurants without the need to drive. As the complex is gated the area is very quiet and secure.
The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for all our stuff. It is very well equipped and clean and tidy. The balcony is not in full sun until late afternoon which suited us - we went in August. This means the apartment does stay quite cool which is good. The beds are very comfortable and the blinds and curtains make it very dark so good for sleeping.
We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Love staying at bredon court it’s close to the town, beach and everything you could possibly need. The apartment is really clean, spacious and has everything you need apart from a tea towel! Every year I forget and have to buy one!

Would certainly recommend to anyone that has a family of four and a dog!

It was our 2nd time at this apartment, still clean and comfortable. Disappointed to find it wasn’t ready until after 5.30pm, a courtesy text to let us know would have been nice. No tea towels or oven gloves left, and only half a loo roll.
The owners of the property however had left a generous surprise for us which was much appreciated.
We found the apartments were a lot noisier at this time of year with doors banging, didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the time. Would stay again but at a quieter time of year as before.

You are within an apartment building and at the height of the season so it is not unreasonable to expect extra noise around you. We hope you return again.

The apartment is very spacious has all the utensils you will need. Need to take extra washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs.

All the rooms are delightful, clean, well equipped and airy. Plenty of room to put your clothing.

Balcony area is a lot larger than initially thought.

Pictures of the view are extremely deceptive as you have a fence and grass mound. There is a path at the rear and it’s used a lot so if you want a peaceful day on the balcony you will see lots of people.

However as you don’t spend too much time in the apartment it was all good and would recommend.

We do not feel the photographs are deceptive at all with regard to the mound as it is clearly seen overlooking the golf course and only a partial view is seen which is as advertised. We’ve just returned from a week in this apartment. It is spacious and well maintained. Nice decor and well equipped. The position is perfect for Fistral beach, the golf course and the restaurants. It was spotlessly clean.
My advice is to prebook restaurants .
The beach bar on Fistral beach was a plus . Enjoy
