This was our fifth holiday at Rocklands. Great location with stunning views and the apartment is very well furnished to a high standard. We look forward to returning again!

This was our second stay in this beautiful apartment. Great welcome and fantastic views. Amazing location, perfect for the beach and easy access to the town. Would highly recommend Trenance riding stables hack and the coastal walk from West Pentire to Holywell Bay. We've already booked for next year!

+ve. Location is perfect, balcony view is brilliant (beach and sunset). Nice and clean. Assigned parking space. Well equipped. Beds comfortable.
-ve. Balcony is smaller than it looks (okay for 2 eating). Blinds are useless for stopping light, needs secondary curtains. Looking tired and warn in a few places.
Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing apartment. It was our 4th stay at Rocklands and we received a very warm welcome from Nino. Lovely apartment with very nice furnishings, amazing view and we are missing it already. Love being able to leave the car & reach places on foot, spoilt for choice with beaches and the town a brief walk. Already booked to return next year!

What a fantastic apartment 33 Rocklands is. The view and position you will not find a better place in Newquay. Luxury furnishings and very comfortable beds. The place was spotlessly cleaned. Nino who greeted us at the apartment was most friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely be booking again.
